    Good Points: Friendly reps with good local knowledge - helpful but not pushy.


    Bad Points: None


    General comments: Have travelled to the resort of Port de Pollenca in Majorca with the Travel Club of Upminster for many years and have stayed in much of their self-catering accomodation. My favourites are the Maricel and Miramar apts. I have always found the service to be excellent and good value.

    Always very helpful and friendly. Happy to do what you want for your holiday and not to try to get you to spend money you don't have.Artemis apartments in Kalives Crete was one of best hols I have ever had. Have recommended this company to all my friends and used it for this holiday this year and intend to use in the future

    Satyed in Aghia Marina with travel Club of Upminster. The staff when I booked the holiday were very helpful giving me information on the accommodation and surrounding area. The flights that they offered were very good times. The holiday itself was excellent apart from a little mix up on a trip to the south coast. We went on a tour around Chania with an English tour guide who lived on the Island, who was brilliant and made the holiday, even my 10 year old enjoyed it! The accommodation althou ...
