Good Points: Chappells is a stunning shop. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are confronted by some of the most beautiful instruments known to man. It also has a huge range of sheet music. Baffling infact - a whole floor full of music books. They ooze expertise though - so it's worth using them if you're not totally sure what you're looking for. And you have to see the piano showroom - wow!
Bad Points: They didn't have the music book that I wanted, but I was told that I could buy it from their online shop. Also they are a little expensive, but that all changes in their Winter and Summer sales.
General comments: If you're in central London and are a musician at any level I'd recommend a visit. I think they would be particulary useful for teachers, students and parents looking for instruments, accessories or music books.
