    Bad Points: Can't really remember any bad points other than the book is not easy finding a source for purchase.


    General comments: David Niven, Bring on the Empty Horses is a great account of the insanity that exists within the film industry-- great entertaining experience. Interesting to note that while this book was written some time ago, nothing much has changed by todays standards. I had been a member of the industry for thirty some odd years (some more odd than others) and I can say that Davids experiences are classical. There are, of course, some 'insider jokes although one need not have been, or is now a member of this elite clan to enjoy this read.
