    Bad Points: Some inflexibility in the hotel diary system When making bookings. Some additional features such as housekeeper lists and integration with phone systems would be nice.


    General comments: An excellent Hotel Management System for the smaller hotel at a very reasonable annual rate. Very helpful customer support.
    Overall we would recommend this system to any small hotel that was dipping it's feet into the water of computerised management systems for the first time. The integration with on-line booking is excellent.
    It has brought us some excellent business.

    I have been using www.guestlink.co.uk since September last year. We own a small caravan park in Anglesey and having this online facility has helped us to attract more customers. I'm not a computer genius, but the whole process is clear to me now after using it for a few months. I would recommend Guestlink to anyone.
