Good Points: The best point about this gym is the atmosphere amongst the staff, they are enthusiastic and don't change the minute you join up like FF etc, they always say hi and seem to recognise you as a human and not just a sales figure. I thought it was going to be expensive due to the location on the Gunwharf but was pleasantly shocked that it was the cheapest I had looked at. There are also different length contracts that don't roll over automatically, I started on a paid in full one for 3 months and then moved onto a rolling direct debit one. They kept it simple and sweet as there was no 3 months notice period. Couple of other great things are the free personal training sessions everyone gets on joining with a programme and the free parking. Final point has got to be the great view, it rocks! instead of staring at a wall there is an awesome view over the Solent.

Bad Points: Lack of swimming pool but having thought about it, i never really used one anyway.

General comments: Best gym I have joined so far as it is fantastic value for money and you don't feel like cattle at any point, there is always space to work out on all the machines and in the studios. Everything is included and i recommend it to anyone looking for a gym. I tried it out with a free trial which anyone can get which is what sold it to me really.
