A properly brilliant laptop.

I'm running windows 7 on it atm and its a dream. Takes less than a minute to power-up and be ready to use.

Would be nice to have an HDMI output but that's ok.

The value for money is the best bit. I paid £489 for a refurbished model and it runs brilliantly.

Main strengths: speed (2.2Ghz 4Gb Ram DDR2) and screen size (17.3')and battery life (9 hours)

Weaknesses: no HDMI output… Read Full Review

Its a very good Destop replacement. Best to get 4GB memory, 2x 200GB 7200rpm harddisks, 2.5 or higher processor with 6MB cache, fastest graphic card, Tv card, bluetooth/with mouse. Target price (June 2008) £685 inc vat and delivery. This gives a PCMark rating of 780. (processor above had best PC Mark beating the rating of 2.6 Ghz version). At this price it was a great bargain… Read Full Review
