    Stay away..Will rip you off once you have booked and want to make a change.Pathetic customer service

    They ask for too many informations. In deed I provided everything. Customer service is very poor. It take ages for them to answer the phone calls. They say tickets are not confirmed and on are waiting list. later, they ask for more money to confirm the ticket and suggest to change the flight.

    stay away from this agent. asks for way too much personal information. not sure why this is required. Asks for photo copy of passport, credit card and proof of billing address. you are not buying a credit - its a ticket. worst customer care once its sold.
