    Good Points: not one!


    Bad Points: not enough room to write them all...


    General comments: RC Hobby Explosion is a joke. allway have an excuse for not sending the right part. always up the price for shipping after you buy the item.

    For good old-fashioned customer service and fast order processing, RC Hobby Explosion is as good as I've seen. Most of the time when I call an Internet company to ask questions about products or ordering, I get people who don't even know what they are selling. This is very frustrating. When I called RC Hobby Explosion, I was transferred to a customer service person who not only answered my questions, she even took the time to provide additional information that helped me make an educated choice. ...
