Ordered a new chain and sprockets for my R6 back in October. Finally got around to fitting it in January to find that the rear sprocket had been machined incorrectly and didn't fit over the bolts ! Having contacted Busters, without quibble, they sent out another. Not only that but shipped it next day as I was aiming to get the bike on the road the next weekend. “Duff motorcycle battery”

Bought a new motobatt motorcycle battery from Busters(£42) end of June. Ok for a week then wouldn't hold charge, charged it up 3 times and each time after a week wouldn't start my Fireblade, so had it checked and it's duff, so I wouldn't buy anything ever again from these sellers of substandard goods and I advise other people to do the same! I BOUGHT A SET OF PADDOCK STANDS AND THEY ARRIVED RUSTY, SCRATCHED AND USED, VERY DISSAPOINTING, WORRYING AND SHOCKING. THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD SEND OUT A NEW SET THIS TIME....AND THEY NEVER....I GOT ANOTHER USED/DAMAGED SET THAT STILL HAD THE CR*PPY SELOTAPE THE PREVIOUS UNLUCKY CHARACTER HAD USED TO TAPE THEM BACK TOGETHER WITH. After i sent them back, they still have not refunded my money, and just deny the stands were sent out damgaged.
Avoid at all costs.
Looks like i will have to contact the credit card company and the police...!!

I sent payment through Ebay, and they claimed I never paid. They never sent the item, and I have received an unpaid Item strike against my ebay.
They are thieves, do not trust them.

I think they lure you in with cheap parts, then when they are not sent out, the recipient is less likely to complain because they have only lost £20 for a £100 part.

Fake customer service, a lot of words but no actions. I received a bad article and they are not willing to substitute it.
As an alternative they proposed a poor 5% discount on the payed amount.
Very bad.

Ordered item on Tuesday,delivered the following Monday,well within the 7/10 working days forecast.
Delivery charge was very reasonable,particularly for very heavy parcel.
The purchase price was competitive.
The only thing that was missing was notification of despatch,making the arrival unexpected, but fortunately, I was there to receive it.
This is my first purchase from this supplier and they appear to have got off to a good start. (read more)

total disgusted with the Busters Motorcycle Accessories service ordered a screen for a harley with brackets supplied... but no brackets given waited for 12 weeks and yet still no brackets even tho this screen was a uk manufactered we still had excuses that they were being shipped from Spain, and they were in a container after 2 trips to Swansea to be told that they were there and they were busy and they would post them to me by friday yet another week went by and still no brackets so i... I bascially order an item and it said 7-10 days delivery, 7 days later I got an email saying the item was not in stock and the were waiting delivery of there stock, I didn't even get offered a refund I ordered the item on 17/11/08 and am still waiting 7/12/08. (read more)
