    Bad Points: as above


    General comments: total disgusted with the Busters Motorcycle Accessories service ordered a screen for a harley with brackets supplied... but no brackets given waited for 12 weeks and yet still no brackets even tho this screen was a uk manufactered we still had excuses that they were being shipped from Spain, and they were in a container after 2 trips to Swansea to be told that they were there and they were busy and they would post them to me by friday yet another week went by and still no brackets so i returned the screen last week, and had my money back but no postage, you have most certainly lost our custom.

    Ordered on-line on the Tuesday, confirmation of order email received immediately - Goods sent the next day and confirmed via an email with information to track my parcel. Items received via Parcelforce early the next day - very impressed, would use Busters again.

    I bascially order an item and it said 7-10 days delivery, 7 days later I got an email saying the item was not in stock and the were waiting delivery of there stock, I didn't even get offered a refund I ordered the item on 17/11/08 and am still waiting 7/12/08.
