    Ordered a £40 box set from Music-Wow, paid by paypal.. box set never came, opened a dispute through paypal but they were unable to get the money back.....and apparently your not fully covered through paypal on items that aren't bought on ebay ?

    Just be glad they have ceased trading before they could get your money. In future will stick with Play.com as they have never let me down! Hope the company founders sleep well at night, every one eventually has to meet their maker!

    I placed an order with Music-wow for a CD on 10th October 08 but have never received it. I have continually hastened them from 26th October onwards, but kept being told that release of the CD has been delayed in their area. My last e-mail to them was on 3rd January 09, but I have not had a reply. I have also noticed that their web site has been 'Under Maintenance' for a number of days, which would indicate to me that they have now ceased to trade.     After ordering many months CD's via this company, we noticed that the delivering is going slower and slower. We have mailed them with our complaints and the first times they refund the money. Now they still owe me a couple of CD's which we have ordered months ago. Once again I have e-mailed them but no answer back anymore, so this company owes me EUR 45,10 which I cannot claim back through PAY PAL anymore because they only give you only guarentee for 60 days.

    They held the money for 3 months and always said cd would be on it's way soon! Stick to Play.com. Worst internet company i have ever used.

    Even though they are cheap I haven't got what I ordered and there has been no come back. So not cheap afterall as I have a CD I do not want and will not return it until I hear from them. *sigh* I may have to sell it to at least get a dollar or two back...

    Well, I was lured in by the price; at £3 cheaper than the usual suspects, perhaps i should have known better.My Paypal payment was processed immediately, but I received no confirmation of my order from Music-Wow. On the day of the CD release, I had still heard nothing from the company; the "track your order" function didn't seem to be up and running, so I contacted the Music-Wow email address (from the Paypal payment confirmation), asking for confirmation and a delivery date.
