Have used home delivery plenty of times before but very disappointed this time.Ordered items on 1st May and did not arrive till 11the may. Paid £4.95 for a poor delivery and not much info from yourselves, all I got up till the day before delivery was items dispatching soon...value of items would of got a better score if delivery was up to standard, no good when you have to purchase a stand in some where else… Read Full Review

I ordered a sleeping bag. I checked it was in stock and ready for delivery, as I wanted to travel, needing the sleeping bag, within about 10 days. Vango Ultralite 600 sleeping bag. The delivery company sent me an email one morning, whilst I was at work, saying that they would deliver the bag later that day. They didn't. I bought the Garmin Fenix 3 Silver Performance Bundle with HR sensor from Go Outdoors and managed to get it price matched for a much cheaper rate. Great right! No, what i received was the non bundled version, well OK i called customer services and they told me they could try source me a HR sensor and send it seperatly. The delivery company employed by Go Outdoors, failed to deliver the items as there was no one home I logged onto their system however an alternative delivery was not forthcoming. They seem to have terrible customer service when something goes wrong, mine was similar. They dont let the customer know something has gone wrong.
