  Good Points: No good points

  Bad Points: Did not receive goods in any where near the promised time. This despite charging a high delivery fee.

  General comments: I feel Millets Direct is an expensive store with poor customer service and proves that you don't always get what you pay for. I have always received goods more quickly from the USA than I have from this company and I live in the UK.
