I have never had any issues with tjc i have been with them for over 15 years and i have always had good delivery and great service and items and budget pay has always worked for me I have not had any issues when returning items

As instructed spent 20mins in bath then moisturized!my skin felt amazing, so then bought the face moisturiser,HAVE THROWN AWAY ALL OTHER PRODUCTS I used to suffer pre menapousall acne on my back, after 3 baths its cleared up! I can hardly believe it and my 44yr old dry flaky skin is now feeling like it did when I was 24yrs old OVER THE MOON!!! No words to express my joy CAN'T RECOMEND THIS ENOUGH!! Special thanks. 

ive been with TJC since they started, ive had some lovely items from them. i bought 3 silver bracelets at 9.99 each and i never take them off i work in them bath in them and do my horses in them and they have proved to be very durable. love TJC wouldnt waste my money buying jewelry anywhere else.

As a collector of black diamond pieces of jewellery, I have today received the cheapest carat of black diamonds I have every bought. My earrings are loops with just 18 stones per ear. That's nearly 3 points per stone, and they sparkle away in my ears. At just £39-99, I have never EVER paid such a low price for such sizeable stones. My intention was to reset them. Not now. I will wear and enjoy them. Well done TJC.

I've been going back to tjc off and on for years now, and you pretty much get what you pay for. Their items are much cheaper than high street equivalent and are, as a consequence, often let down by poor finishing, QC, customer care, or design. But if you bear that in mind, and expect to have to return 20% of everything you buy, what you're left with is good jewellery still at an exceptional price. Some of their stones, in particular, are great quality - for example their Tanzanites, Amethysts and Burmese rubies. Agree with some reviewers that they have an unfortunate recent increasing focus on scarves, shells, and other accessories as well as under £10 items (the quality and design of which is poorer than their other ranges). But I know that in advance and I've already factored it in to my buying decisions, so I expect I'll keep going back in future.

pressed hash key for a 3ct diamond ring .desperate for delivery it arrived in 2 days. opened box and my mouth opened with delight "wow" . was stunning sparkled light crazy .the diamonds are so white and bright .the design is unique .thats what is so good with tjc the fact you will have designs no one else will have.the workmanship is excellent.

Its beautiful scarf and I have ordered about six different scarfs from the jewellery channell and their jewellery is very nice as well.I will recommend to friends and famiy

I have found that there is usually nothing but fabulous things to say. On the odd item I have returned, it was because I was unsure in the fisrt place as to the suitability of the item to my taste. All the staff are very helpful and there seems to be nothing which is too much trouble. I have advised all my friends to bye from you and will continue to do so. I would say to anyone thinking of ordering from you to do as soon as possible and they will not be disappointed.

I have been shopping with the jewellery channel now for some time and have been so surprised and taken aback at the quality and value for money that they offer. Cant remember when I last bought anything from a high street jewellery shop
