Bought several items from TJC before they started selling primarily cheaper items. The old saying 'what you get is what you pay for' is partially correct here. Their cheap range is garbage in my experience. Rings bend out of shape, stones fall out, plating comes off. Their Iliana range however is the crème de la crème right? Err no. “Worst customer service ever”

They lost my earrings in the post was told if I hadn't heard back in four days they would give me a refund. Rang back to be told that this information was not right and that it would take up to 30 days for an investigation to take place. The girl was rude and would not listen to anything I said . I bought a gold overlay sterling silver diamond daisy ring last year. The gold overlay started to wear off quite quickly but I didn't really care because i liked the ring anyway. I noticed a stone was missing from the ring earlier this year and I emailed the company. I got no response so phoned TJC to complain. purchased item from tv channel delivery time stated 3-5 working days spoke with salesperson they stated delivery time 3-5 working days, after this time had expired. This company is full of hot air They say they will do something for you, but never deliver They lie and deceive, promise they will send the item ,but send a inferior item that you would put in the bin .Why are they allowed to do this? I've been a viewer of TJC for a while, and have picked up a few inexpensive jewellery pieces for gifts over the years. There used to be presenters who were fun to watch, but mostly now the presenters all seem to be hectoring at viewers to buy. Or even worse have the company buyers on who screech at the camera (sometimes unintelligibly due to poor English and thick accents), while the presenter stands next to them like a spare part. I am having a similar problem, I bought a pair of ruby 9ct gold studs, the earring back would not stay on it was too loose, I sent them back and have been lied to over and over about getting a refund, it's been over 2 and a half months and they kept the earrings and my. £54.95, when I ring they tell me I'm getting a refund but I never do, they have stolen my money. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.
