Never in my life have I dealt with a company like this, after a dispute last xmas when I bought an item and TJC GUARANTEED xmas delivery,my parcel still hadn't arrived by 3pm xmas eve,phoned customer care team only to be told it was out for delivery and it could arrive up to 6pm,not too worry that I was definitely getting it,needless to say it was a complete pack of lies,I actually received it 7 days after ordering it,I had to rush out xmas eve at 7 pm to buy another gift to make up for the one… Read Full Review

I was watching the TV channel for tjc other day and tried to make an order. As I rang I got through to a member of staff for the VIP line and she was very helpful and very sweet to me however I had a question about a order my husband had made for my daughters birthday 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered ever since so I wanted to know what was happening and if the same would happen. “Appalling company. Customer service ,lie and deceive”

This company is full of hot air They say they will do something for you, but never deliver They lie and deceive, promise they will send the item ,but send a inferior item that you would put in the bin .Why are they allowed to do this? I've been a viewer of TJC for a while, and have picked up a few inexpensive jewellery pieces for gifts over the years. There used to be presenters who were fun to watch, but mostly now the presenters all seem to be hectoring at viewers to buy. Or even worse have the company buyers on who screech at the camera (sometimes unintelligibly due to poor English and thick accents), while the presenter stands next to them like a spare part. “9 K gold ear rings change colour”

I purchased a pair of 9 K yellow gold ear rings. After only using it a few times and the rest of the time it was in the jewelry box. To my disappointment the ear rings looks bronze in color. “Won't provide refund ”

I am having a similar problem, I bought a pair of ruby 9ct gold studs, the earring back would not stay on it was too loose, I sent them back and have been lied to over and over about getting a refund, it's been over 2 and a half months and they kept the earrings and my. £54.95, when I ring they tell me I'm getting a refund but I never do, they have stolen my money. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY.

“Months to Process Refund!”

I ordered a watch from The Jewellery Channel. When it arrived I discovered it did not work. I returned it as instructed in the item receipt using the cheapest insured method available. I subsequently received a refund for the faulty watch but no account was taken of the postage I incurred returning the watch. “Auctions take too long”

I have to let off some steam! Today just got to me. One of the older lady presenters ranted for nearly an hour about 2 different auctions of emerald rings, despite lack of customers ordering. She found 50 ways to say the same thing, she is also guilty of promoting items she likes particularly instead of showcasing all items evenly especially with regard to scarves. I recently viewed a 'Mulberry' scarf on this channel which was a colour suitable for an outfit my daughter was wearing this weekend. We both agreed that it was a nice lime green with abstract flowers/leaves. I duly signed on with the channel and made the order. Bought Rhapsody flower stud diamond earrings for a special treat costing £699. Hardly wore them as I kept them for special occasions. Stud part fell off of the post so contacted TJC who said return for inspection. Duly returned. Did not hear anything so 3 weeks later chased them and was told that they would repair for £45 even though clearly they were awful quality. I too have bought jewellery from TJC which I hardly wore, such as a rhodolite bracelet which broke apart after 3rd wearing and stone fell out, also blue diamond bracelet which broke apart after a few wearings, a citrine ring of many stones which lost 2 stones so that it does not look good any more, a welo opal ring which lost a stone on first wearing... unfortunately as I had had them more that 30 days I thought I could not claim, except for the welo ring which they gave me my money back on. I do not have this problem with jewellery from Gemporia so I have switched to them, as I love jewellery and like to collect different stones in many settings. Shame about TJC as they like to brag about the quality of their jewellery... not as good as they say!!!

“Mothers day ruined”

I ordered two rings for mothers day on the promised next day delivery. The day after they were due I contacted TJC to ask where they were, faceless person said 'they are out for delivery' the next day I contacted them again, again they claimed the delivery was due the next day. BOUGHT ITEM 2331695 (100% MULBERRY SILK TURQUOISE SCARF) FROM THIS company. Previously I had ordered different colours of the same scarf range. The packaging were excellent and also charge per day for 1 item was very reasonable £2.95.
