Problem with a GPS unit I ordered - never worked. Two emails were ignored so called "Customer Services". After waiting for 20 minutes I left my number for them to call me back. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the issues you have had and can completely understand your frustration. In this extremely competitive market we pride ourselves on delivering World Class customer service, which clearly has not been true in your case so please let me apologise once again. I have also personally spoken with our customer services supervisor to make her aware of your situation.

We have recently moved our entire logistics operation from our base in Huddersfield to a state-of-the-art location near Leeds. Whilst this move will allow us to offer a faster, more efficient service to our customers, it certainly brought with it it’s own set of challenges, but I'm delighted to say that we have now overcome these.

“Wirral store assistant manager a joke!!!!!”

Went to this store on Sunday. The service off the staff was a joke. I walked around store and not one member of staff approached me. When I approached the gentleman who had assistant manager badge on he didn't seem at all interested in telling about the products.. Do not bother shopping here. Third time I have tried to buy. Decided that enough was enough and gave up and requested refund. Trolley bought last year, two months to deliver despite being in stock. Same story with GPS watch. Tried to buy some golf balls which had promotion of two extra balls per dozen. Couldn't deliver extra balls for 2weeks, and that was after a week of chasing them. Bought a pair of ecco cool 111 golf shoes and when i received them they had been worn.They had creases along the top,a tear in the side and the spikes had mud and grass on them.I rang customer services,they told me to take photos and send them to them to speed the process up,to save on inspection.I did this and had no reply so i e-mailed them and still had no reply.After 5 days my money is still not in my bank.£101 pounds may not be much to them but it is to me.I won't be bothering with them… Read Full Review

“Discount codes not worth the paper they are printed on”

Direct Golf's T&Cs mean that the discount codes you frequently get though the door or in magazines is useless for major manufacturers such as Titleist, Ping, Galvin Green etc. It comes with so many stipulations that it's simply not worth the hassle. Just received my order and they have sent the wrong spec driver.Only noticed when unpacked completely so unable to return.Driver advertised is only available with stiff shaft they have managed to send an extra stiff one.Bought the same spec 3 wood from Jam golf,channel islands.They managed to send the correct one in just 3 days.Will never bother with direct golf again.How can they get such a simple order wrong? 17/5/2014… Read Full Review

Hi I order some clubs from you're company of the value of 265 pounds after 3-4 days no one came back to me and no order received after I queried it , seems you didn't have them in stock no notification on your website.The 1st of April you were more than happy to take the money. The facts of this are as follows: I purchased a golf driver, wedge, glove, balls and shoes from Golf Direct and they supplied the wedge, glove, balls shoes and driver. However the driver was missing the head cover and tool to adjust the loft. Advertise Items that they do not have in stock for a price that you will go for. Continue to move the Estimated Delivery date forward whilst they shop around to get you the goods at a price that enables them to make money on as they have offered the goods to cheap.Then cannot fulfil the order and you are left in the lurch. “Really Hard Work to Deal with”

I ordered a new set of irons but the order was out on hold which I did not realise. This was so that they could push their custom fit service which require two measurements hight and fingertip to floor which costs £30. I gave and a agreed to this but you need to pay this separately. I am still waiting for this to be sorted and do not have the clubs. Price was good with a good discount but I have still to see the product. i had this "custom fit" when i ordered a set of irons due to my height (6'5") when the golf professional at our club actually checked the clubs he said they were perfect for a player who is 5'8".

Don't waste your money !!!
