Good Points: Long and slender, fitting in with the line of my rifle. No snaggy lumps. No loud tingy noises when I fire. Also noticecably less heat shimmer when I fire a few rapid shots at targets than from my Reflex T8 on another rifle. It is also quieter than my T8.
Bad Points: None so far. The extra £30:00 over most of the competitors is money well spent.
General comments: There is a look and feel of quality about this piece of equipment that gives confidence when using it. The stainless steel suggests a long working life, but that all depends on how effectively the internals clean themselves.
With an old-fashioned stalking rifle like my Heym, it was important to me to have an outfit that didn't end up looking like some Rambo wet dream, which my Ruger and T8 does, but that is for a totally different job, so good enough.
These two rifles are of different calibres, but fire the same amount of powder in very similar cases, so the comparison is broadly valid.
