I never seem to learn, having been let down 3 times over the last 18 months by towsure, I decided it was just one of those things, they just forgot to order the parts etc that I requested. On a previous occassion that I ordered a towbar I waited 3 and a half weeks before I eventually gave up (they continually forgot to order it). On this occassion I ordered a towbar thinking it can't always be that bad can it. I went to the store and guess what? Yep they hadn't ordered it! So with reference... (read more)

as we bought the doremo starcamp camoe awning as our first ever awning we are very pleased with it.Its is been up now for 15 months in Spain and we are living in it on a daily base.It is good in the full blast sun with this years top temperatures of around 45 degrees.it was very good in the gold winter we had in Spain with temperatures in the night round freezing point,It was very good in the proper spanish rain you can have here,everything stayed dry.There is only one problem the cleaning... we always go to west coast on the isle of mull and have done so for the last 30 years, so the putting up and taking it down again was not new to us. we got the awning on thursday 27th march 2008 and put it up on monday 31st march. it was a loverly day and the awning looked great. we went out for a meal, and went to bed arround 11 pm. we awoke at 1am to hear a wind and rain. we were not bothered about it because our older awning often went through force 10 wind and rain and the awning has ...
