as we bought the doremo starcamp camoe awning as our first ever awning we are very pleased with it.Its is been up now for 15 months in Spain and we are living in it on a daily base.It is good in the full blast sun with this years top temperatures of around 45 degrees.it was very good in the gold winter we had in Spain with temperatures in the night round freezing point,It was very good in the proper spanish rain you can have here,everything stayed dry.There is only one problem the cleaning of the awning.The sandy rain marks are difficult to remove.But after asking around,what ever the make the price you pay everyone has the same problem,so we think the awning was well word the little money it cost in comparison to other awnings.
As for the company Towsure, yes they not giving not very good service,there is a big lack of knowledge of products.But this is the problem in many shops,to many part-time workers schoolkids etc,yes they are cheap but don't care its only a job to them.So to all shop take more responsible staff on and pay for product training.you keep more customers.

we always go to west coast on the isle of mull and have done so for the last 30 years, so the putting up and taking it down again was not new to us. we got the awning on thursday 27th march 2008 and put it up on monday 31st march. it was a loverly day and the awning looked great. we went out for a meal, and went to bed arround 11 pm. we awoke at 1am to hear a wind and rain. we were not bothered about it because our older awning often went through force 10 wind and rain and the awning has never ...
