Customer service is non existent with this site. If you have a problem you will just receive a series of automated responses with no hope of speaking to an actual person. I ordered a rugby shirt for my sons birthday. My purchase arrived two weeks late and when I finally got it the packet had already been opened and the tshirt was pulled & stained. Ordered 3 items which they billed me for then they invoiced me for a completely wrong single item and sent that instead, there was no easy way to cancel the order due to there mistake, they have not acknowledged or replied to my emails!! They will not win any quality awards, but are you seriously going to get £4 shorts anywhere else? Nope. I've bought sports socks, running shorts, a pair of jogging bottoms and even a snowboarding helmet over the course of 2-3 years. All items have arrived rapidly (I paid for next day, but i'm impatient sometimes). You can raise them on the phone, but be prepared to spend 30 mins waiting. Ordered a pair of trainers for someones birthday and ordered with plenty of time to ensure delivery on time. The package arrived on time but with the wrong pair of trainers (a much cheaper pair). I sent three emails and got no responses so I had to take them into the store and swap for a different pair as you can only get refunds online. Still waiting for a response from them. One of item - creatine capsules , was previously opened. I remove top of the box and safety foil was missing. Then I count capsules, and instead of 160 capusles, there were only 150. I made 2 orders from the online shop. Both arrived in three days (Greece). All items in great shape with their tags on. Good quality and fast delivery (DHL). There were some missing items in 2nd order (some pairs of socks). Customer service is really bad (1 week since my email and still no respond). At the end of July, my girlfriend placed an order online for a sum of 132,86€. According to the tracking data, the order was shipped on 28.09.2012. The order has not been delivered to our address, and has apparently been signed for by some unknown person who`s name is not even registered for in our town. I called them today, was in the queue for 25 mins, but eventually got to speak to someone who sorted out my problem, I had missing items in my parcel. Hope this helps.

It's happend to me as well, I place the order on 20th March, was cancelled on 21, I place second order, over 300£ each.Both were cancelled.I called them on 08717037297, a customer phone number, I've been advised to send an email with my ID's, I sent all my ID's even utility bill. Still wait for reply.I sent them 4-5 emails, no answer.Now I rise an order again because I need some items, my order is awaiting for validation status since yesterday, perhaps it will be cancelled as well. I want to mention that last year I spend over 1000£ online on sport direct and the service was good.I realy want to know what's happend and WHO is jocking like that.
