Why don't customer service ever reply to your emails??? Yet there is no contact number to call!! I placed an order and paid for next day delivery, however it didn't come for 2 days. So I emailed to say I wanted a refund for the next day delivery charge and I have had no reply. I emailed again to chase it up and still no reply. “Total rip off!”

Sports Direct is absolutely diabolical! Went to buy two swimming costumes, in the '2 for £14' offer but, as I bought a boy's and a girl's, I was told that the offer wasn't valid, and I would have to pay the individual price of £9 each! The labels are identical on each item, so there is no way of knowing that it has to be two per sex. Bought a MUFC replica shirt for my son for Xmas in the "new" belfast store. When opened Xmas morn the security tag had not been removed by the store. I didn't want to damage the item by removing myself so the Xmas gift was not fit for purpose as it could not be worn due the tag. “Faulty Goods Returns”

I returned some faulty golf shoes and socks. They wouldn't replace them. They said they were out of stock although they're still showing on their website. I presume that it is because the shoes have increased in price since I bought them. They replaced the part that was paid by a gift voucher with another one. I 've ordered a lot of sport a casual wear , however at the order list they indicate whatever size they wanted to. Finlly I received most items at smaller sizes 2 or 3 numbers. Ordered a football T-shirt but Sports Direct sent the wrong size. Their fault but mistakes do happen. However there was no Customer Service phone number or email address to complain to. Instead I had to return the shirt and pay for delivery(£4) myself. They eventually replied that the shirt was now out of stock and that I would get a refund - only for the purchase and not the initial P&P cost (£5). Ordered a coat for my son's birthday, which my son picked on sports direct online shop. The coat arrived and it was nothing like the one I ordered. My son chose packable puffer jacket and a parka coat arrived which was totally inappropriate for my son.

Don't accept it, look st a website called Resolver, I joined them when I had a complaint about SD, they have templates and direct u who to send the complaint to. I followed this and got my son's trainers exchanged for the right pair which I ordered.
