I recently ordered a pair of Adidas F50is and I am, so far impressed with the service. I sent an email at about 9 pm one night and they replied at about 6 am the next day. I have yet to receive my shipment because i ordered it 5 days ago and I shipped international. They were a little delayed on the email about confirmation and shipping. But I am so far impressed

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF ADIDAS PREDATOR POWESWERVE PERSONALISED BOOTS IN A SIZE 4, MADE SURE I ORDERED A SIZE BIGGER AS MY SON IS ONLY A SIZE 3. THE BOOTS WERE DEFINATELY NOT A SIZE 4. HE HAS OTHER ADIDAS SIZE 3 THAT STILL FIT HIM NOW. I AM IN A DISPUTE WITH THEM AND HAVE BEEN INTO ADIDAS WITH THE BOOTS AND, WELL NOT TELLING BUT WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.

Ordered my goods (2 pairs undershorts & some normal shorts), all items were in stock. Email confirmation said my items would be with me within 3-5 working days but that an email would be sent on dispatch. On the 6th day I rang them as nothing had arrived & I had not received an email confirming dispatch. I was told that the items had been allocated to me but just had not been sent out. Still waiting for 14 personalised Puma shirts and shorts from Pro Direct Soccer ordered 6 weeks ago. Took many attempts for them to get the order right in the first place (they even sent me a confirmation for an order placed by someone in Romania). Have checked a number of times to hear a variety of excuses - shirts have not arrived, they're in boxes outside ready to be unloaded, they've arrived but as there were only 10 we've had to reorder all 14 again (why not just give me the 10 and reorder ...

I ordered a pair of Total 90 Laser 2 From ProDirectSoccer website on 03/09/2009. Perfect service, contacts and product. My cleats arrived today 08/09/2009 in Italy, all was perfect, box, accessories etc. 5* I'd reccommend this site to everyone from every place in the world.

I ordered a pair of puma footy boots tuesday evening about 7:30 pm from Pro Direct Soccer, and got to know, that i would get them with in 7-14 days. And already after 3 days they came with the mail. The long sending time i got to know first was, because I live in Denmark.

I ordered with Pro Direct Soccer before reading the reviews on this site and have to say I was somewhat concerned. I need not have worried! I ordered a pair of personalised football boots for a young family member. I received the boots within 5 working days and they are absolutely perfect. really happy with the service at pro-direct. although there was a slight delay with the release date for my boots i was called and told exactly what was happening and when i could expect them. i do a lot of shopping online and i have never been called by any other company to tell me about my order. top notch.

I ordered two Puma boots from Pro Direct Soccer on the 18th of March. They arrived today. That's only 4 working days, and I live in Hungary! The webby said this could've taken 7-14 working day, but they came in 4 days! Delivery is super fast.
The bad point, that the shoes are not the same as shown on the webby. But my one looks better :D
I can fully advice this website for anyone

I purchased my Son a pair of football boots - when they arrived they were too small - he tried one boot on, inside the house. We returned thm via UPS the following day... I have just received a phone call from Pro Direct Soccer, apparently they are unable to exchange for a larger size as the boots have mud on one of the studs... How can you wear a pair of boots and have mud on one stud????

i live near pro direct and will only buy my football boots from them because they are great value and so helpful (the shop in torquay), as for the website ive ordered a pair of indoor trainers and goalkeeper gloves and there doesnt seem to be a problem at the moment so i cant complain. the website looks very professional and good to use. i also ordered my 5 a side kit from the site, which didnt take too long to come so i cant complain.

I bought a pair of Puma King XL boots for £49.99 off prodirectsoccer.com and they usually retail for around £90. There was no hassle and the boots came in 3 days! so i would definitely recommend this site!

I ordered the limited edition nike mercurial vapor IV berry's, i ordered on Monday 24th November, my order was delivered at 8am on Wednesday 26th November! Absolutely no problems at all.

Great website and images from Pro Direct Soccer. Range of products available is second to none. My order arrived within 48 hours even though they were personalised!!

If only all sports shops had the range that Pro Direct has!!

Ordered boots on a monday and promised me they would be with me by the weekend, I should have asked which weekend. After numerous calls boots arrived 2 weeks late! Beware nice website, but in my experience, bad service.

I ordered a pair of boots before the season started based on the dropped down menu under sizes. The drop down listed the boots in US sizes, which I wanted. When I received, they were in UK sizes, which was a full size too large. I feel the error is on the side of how the website and the back room shipping are connected. Pro Direct Soccer is a fantastic website, offering up the very latest boots and other football gear. Great choice of boots - to suit all price ranges.. and also found boots that i was unable to do so on other sites. Great choice, fast delivery.
