So I order a pair of Adipure cleats on April 11. Today, it's May 1st. They emailed me two days ago that the shoes had shipped. Almost 3 weeks to make a shipment (shipping was between 5 and 7 days). I placed an order for boots on the 28th of January from Portugal. Normally if I order anything from the UK I will receive it 10 - 14 days later. Apparently the first time the boots got lost in the mail. But I had to constantly phone and push them to find this out, at my expense of course. They charge you for incoming calls. The last time I bought a football that happened to be faulty, got the instructions for reimburse and they returned the money to my credit card. Also the prices are pretty competitive. Ordered boots with prodirect. Got email saying they had been dispatched with an Royal Mail tracking number. Two days later stil no sign of the boots on Royal Mail tracking. Then next day it appears with message. We have been informed we will have the package tomorrow. Phoned to complain got told they are short of staff and everything is taking much longer to process. Pro direct is awesome for all your football needs. I play GK in my state division in australia and pro direct provides me with a whole wide range of boots and gloves to choose from, at bargain prices. Paying for it is simple. All u do is put ur email, credit card and address in and it alerts u through email instantly explaining whether ur credit card has gone through and it tells u how long it will take. Delivery takes 1-2 weeks to australia from UK and it delivers right to ur doorstep.... (read more)

You can only communicate with this company by email. It takes 24 hours to get an answer. My daughter couldn't tell if a pair of shoes was in men's or women's size. She ordered them and and then we found out they were men's sizes. We tried to cancelled the order 12 hours after we made it but because you can only email they said it was too late. My order was shown after a couple of hours in when i logged in,so it dosen't show up right away after payment., also i got a email confirming my order. Have you set up an account= a login i mean?. Then you could see your own order and shipping details. Don't know were you're located,but shipping overseas i think could take 7-10days. In my case it was very fast. But it's like when you order from footlocker.us in USA-thay state that shipping is 15-30days for overseas orders.
It's no fake site as i did talk to them,a pitty tho it costs to call them.

Just received my Men's Puma King Finale SG football boots... okay they were one day late, ok I paid for postage but the boots were £49.99. This is worth paying for postage and waiting an extra day for delivery. The same boots are £110.00 on the puma website and £75.00 @ sportsdirect.com. I probably wouldn't use prodirect if living outside the UK given the issues international consumers seem to be having but if you're in the UK don't go anywhere else. (read more)
