    Good Points: None.

    Bad Points: Their staff both in my local branch and on the telephone made mistakes with my application, and then didn't want to know.

    General comments: They can't open the Barclays Cash ISA account without making mistakes, and have returned my cheque, as they failed to open it before the end of financial year - obviously they don't want the business.

    I have had no dealing with Barclays until I decided that I would like to open an ISA account but I will not be bothering to do so.
