It took 3 weeks for them to tell me they've switched off 2G and 3G in my area. To make way for 4G because it interferes with it in some way. Nice of them to tell us? I am disgusted that after several phone calls nobody admitted this to me until now. Have been with Orange 15 years. This T Mobile and EE merge is going to be their downfall. I use a mobile phone principally for voice calls. I am constantly having issues with poor signal, dropped calls and network full across many areas of the Midlands UK. Overall a very poor service. Signal is not good enough to use a smart phone in many rural areas and for that matter in a lot of towns. Value for money is poor. Contract packages are inflexible and customer service is poor. If something can't be fixed with one call to the call centre then forget it. The network is poorly... (read more)

You are lucky as long as things are going fine, because if you have to contact customer service, you may just as well give up right now. On the phone you have to wait for hours just to be told that "no manager is available", and you are back to square one.
