“Rude Unhelpful Argumentative That is the managers”

Had a problem with my phone. Rang Orange spoke to a rude manager who kept arguing with me did not listen and twisted everything I said. Overcharge on bill so rang again and left on phone for 30 mins then told to call back tommorrow as they were closing. Plus the fact now you are charged 50p if you call orange at certain times. So not only are you overcharged on your bill. But charged to speak to them as well. Save yourself time and money go elsewhere better service … Read Full Review

“Overcharging & foreign call centres”

“lost money”

just like to say orange have got to b the worst network ever firstly was owed £30 by orange took 5 months to get it back only got it back by canceling my direct debit secondly they have just took £70 to much out off my bank account again rang and e mail lots off times 12 days later still no refund keep getting lied to about when my money will b returned despite having 3 contracts with them they are not interested so 1 will be leaving orange what a way to treat people… Read Full Review

“Orange made a mistake and gave me a bad credit rating???”

I have been in contact with several people with Orange since 2008???can you believe it? Orange put a mark on my credit record for not paying a bill which i did not owe. From this i have been in contact over this issue as i took a loan out and have had to pay an outrageous amount of money back because of my credit rating. “Top Up Nightmare”

Using the relevant ATM machine in his bank (which he has successfully done many times before)my husband topped up his mobile phone, or so he thought. He was issued with the correct receipt showing all details and his monthly statement showed the transaction. Sadly, his mobile phone i.e. Orange, does not acknowledge the transaction. “Rubbish”

I've been with orange for at least the past 13 years. , will I never learn !! they were initially very good but have just got progressively worse over the years. Since joining with EE they are now complete rubbish ,signal is non existent the majority of time text messages taking 2days to come through, sometimes never arriving, calls dropping out and very little signal in most areas also unable to use 3G let alone 4G. OK, I was very negative about orange, it annoys me about them charging extra for 4g when other give it free. When their charges for roaming are still so high even after their forced reduction by regulators (you do know you have never made a penny out of me and you won't while you rip us off). “Rubbish service. Rubbish network. Waste of time. ”

I have been with Orange, now EE, for at least 12 years. My contract comes up in November and I will definitely not be renewing it. Apart from the rubbish connection problems, they bombard me with text messages about magic numbers and their ripoff roaming charges. There is not one thing I can think of to recommend this company, but plenty of reasons to rubbish them. “DO NOT USE ORANGE!!!!”

Expect to be on the phone to Customer Services for over an hour each time you have a question, and to be put through to a variety of people that cannot help or give wrong information. It took weeks of phone calls and hours of time to terminate an expired contract and unlock my phone. “Worst service ever”

I signed up for a 2 year contract in Sep 2010 and cancelled it after 2 years in October 2012. A few months later, I discovered they had continued charging my account (my bad, but it was "only" £10 monthly and I was working really hard at the time). So I called my bank and had the direct debit stopped. 6 months later, I received a really unpleasant letter from Orange with all kinds of nasty threats. After my trip abroad and using my travel bundle (£6 per 30Mb of data) I received two bills calculating usage at the normal rate without applying this bundle. “Could not get the basics right”

“Appalling service - PLEASE don't use them”

As a PAYG Orange customer I have found trying to deal with their Customer Services utterly frustrating. I was unclear on if a EE or Orange top up should be purchased due to logo displayed on my phone. very good advice.they still try to take money from ya bank account even when you terminate the contract when its run out.and when ya ring them from a lindline to tell them they keep you on the phone for as long as they possibly can.they pass you through 4 different people to talk to only the last person will listen to you if your lucky.total shambles.avoid orange/EE
