    Good Points: Pharmaceutical grade, potent, manufactured/regulated in US


    Bad Points: Pricey


    General comments: I read the reviews that the Usana Essentials vitamins are too powerful - they recommend to lead up to the dose - for example, one of the antioxidant instead of 2. The vitamins are potent and it takes a few days to feel the Procosa but many of the vitamins you can feel right away. I have Lupus and RA so good supplements are important to me. Many 3rd party rate Usana as #1.

    Most advanced multi-nutrient supplement on the market. Effective levels of nutrients, all essential nutrients present, highly bioavailable formulation.
