Good Points: First 30 minutes free! Call this company first.

Very knowledgable, he has obviously got those Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications as stated on the website.
He arrived when he said he would and, unlike all the other IT specialists in the moray area, he patiently explained what he was doing to fix my computer rather than baffle me with technical waffle.
I am already booked for a tutorial on keeping my kids safe on the web.

Bad Points: '30 minutes free offer runs out 1st Oct 2008'

I suggest anyone who wants a tutorial or help with their PC gives morayIT.co.uk a look before their offer runs out and they start charging what they are actually worth!

General comments: Spoke to them on the phone initially just to find out the catch with the 'first 30 minutes free offer'. There was none, he actually spent well over the half an hour in the house last night sorting out my email and antivirus problems whilst making sure I understood about 'automatic updates' so the problem wouldn't come back.

Oh... if Morayit comes round to you... he prefers Orange Squash to Tea or Coffee

On time, and fixed my problem in just under 10 mins. I will be contacting MorayIT.co.uk for future problems.
Love his website and have recommended him to my husband who owns his own company. Well recommended as I feel I have not felt any bad experiences with the Personal Computing Software.

I would never employ this company if I needed a website designing. Website is poorly designed as far as I am concerned, hard to read, very dark and contains spelling mistakes as far as I am concerned. States many professionals yet he advised me on visit he was the only one.
