Good Points: Looks.
Bad Points: Mine was totally unreliable.
General comments: My Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer worked ok for twelve months then the fun started, freezer packed up and it took five weeks to get it repaired, three weeks later the fridge packed up another three weeks to get it fixed, worked for one week then broke again and it sounds like someone useing a hammer drill in your kitchen. After sales service from Samsung well there was none.

Would not buy another Samsung after this RS21 American style Fridge Freezer. Freezer OK, Fridge not. Temperature rises to 15 degrees. Bottom of fridge ices up. Samsung "Help" desk is not at all helpful.

The Samsung RS21 is an awful product. Saw it on watchdog on the BBC. I can't rely on it to stay cold and it's a fridge!

We bought our Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer only 2 months ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Now I've seen Watchdog on the BBC yesterday and found I'm certainly not the only one. I'm really disappointed with this Samsung Fridge Freezer as it cost us over £600 and that isn't just some money for us, but months worth of saving!

Our Samsung RS21 fridge freezer broke down once whilst still under the 2 year warranty, it was the usual problem that is reported with this model the insulation panel wes replaced, it started making the noise again just over a year later, and after researching the problem I swithched of the fridge freezer for 48 hours and low and behold it worked fine for a while 6 months later I repeated the process again, its gone wrong again the water resevoir has frozen and 3 days after that the fridge tempe ...
