Good Points: Excellent service, wonderful food, and very clean and efficient.
Bad Points: Little control over children during daytime occupations.
General comments: Whilst a frequent traveller on the Princess Criuse Line and considering the service second to none, I have with regret to let the company know that during my last cruise "Sun Princess" 18th December - 30th December 2008 to the South Pacific from Melbourne not up to its usual standard. First some of the younger passengers (of which there were many) showed flagrant disregard for the rules of the Company during the daytime swimming and were continually dive-bombing the pools and using the Jacuzzi pools as a meeting place for their friends, and after leaving the pool at there decision the water was so cloudy that I felt it not suitable to be able to relax in and although I tried many times to swim was unable to do so because of the constant ball games and dive bombing of a certain few, when I did ask politely for the youths to leave the adult pool and use the lower one I was told "Get up early maam and swim then". As it was usually cold in the mornings this was not a propostion that I would even consider, as I am an avid swimmer I felt that my rights as a full fare paying passenger was thwarted. Although I am unsure if other adults have contacted Princess Cruises with regards to this I do wonder if I was not the only adult to suffer this, though I must admit that not all of the young people were as thoughtless as some, in fact many were very nice people and also expressed there disgust at the carrying on of the few.
We had considered booking on board for our next trip, but my husband and I have decided to think it over and perhaps try another venue, which saddens me as I really enjoy our cruises with the Princess Lines, but after the above incidents, which to be honest seemed unsupervised by any crew member, and also the constant screaming and giggling during the early hours of the morning from the revellers coming back to their cabins although understandable a few times but continual noise and inconsideration from these people really spoilt the holiday for us both.
I am hoping for a reply to this E-Mail, and hope that you won't dismiss this letter as a moaning minnie, I can assure you that I am not, I consider myself a very tolerant person and feel that as a constant traveller I should have the advantage of the same facilities as others. After all the older generation are mainly the bread and butter of the Cruise Ships.

We will use Princess line if we cruise again, you can't beat them. My husband & I, plus two friends have just returned from our first cruise. It was great. We are all in our 70's, but are young at heart. The service was excellent, cleanliness too, food also. We couldn't have wished for anything better.- Read Guest's review (82 words)

I went on the Caribbean Princess on the western Caribbean cruise and loved it. You feel like a million dollars! The food was lush the cleaners were out of this world (my bed was made 3 times a day and into all different styles). I thought it would be a bit to snobby and thought my room bill would be sky high but you don't have to dress up and the prices are very reasonable and you can buy a soft drink sticker so you get unlimited soft drinks will deffo go again oh and I am 25 so its not all oldi ...- Read trudyamartin's review (114 words)
