Good Points: Qbag is a nifty little foil cooking bag that can be used on a BBQ or in a conventional oven. We tend to use it in the oven and cook chicken in a sauce in it. It's really good as it poaches the chicken which makes it really tender. I've also used it on a BBQ (it's really good for vegetarians as it allows you to cook meat and veg food together on the barbecue without the meat splattering on to the veggie food). There is a recipe on the website for strawberries in balsamic vinegar - wow it's good!
Bad Points: They are a bit difficult to get hold of at the moment as they are only available on their website (www.qbag.com) or Lakeland or Waitrose. Sure they will get to other places!
General comments: We're looking forward to a good summer so we can get good use from our Qbags on the BBQ (they are £4.99 for a pack of 8).
They are easy to use and make great tasting food.
Really recommend them to you.
