I' ve used Nice and Easy for years then left off a couple of years ago and went to the local college for the students to practise their cutting and dying on my hair but decided to give Nice and Easy another go when I saw the Perfect 10 advertised. My daughter put it on for me and said it was the simplest and quickest she'd done (she went home and did hers too and was also pleased with the result) and my colour was lovely. I used Medium Ash Brown and believe me when I say I have a lot of grey - and guess what - yep, it covered the lot. It did feel a little coarse during rinsing until I put the conditioner on but to be honest dye from the college has felt like that on times. I only did it yesterday and don't know if I would have if I'd seen these ratings but I'm a firm believer in giving things a shot to make up your own mind and I will use it again and I would recommend it to my riends - and expect to keep them afterwards!!!!

Well maybe they should rethink their packaging! I've just put the WHOLE of the conditioner into the developing lotion instead of the colour! OK I should have READ the tube first LOL...but being in a dark brown tube I automatically (wrongly!) expected that to be the colour! The conditioner is in a grey tube DOH!

I normally get my hair coloured at hair dressers but trying to save money I decided to try dying it myself. Tried CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy and 100% happy with this, very easy to use - I left it n for 15 mins rather than 10 and the colour is brillant Medium Brown (in fact much better than getting it done at the hairdressers!)and taking such a short time to take. Will def be using this again.

I think that Clairol Perfect 10 is the best hair dye I have ever used! It is quick and really easy to use. It left my hair really soft and shiny. The conditioner that comes with it leaves my hair really shiny and soft whereas some other hair dyes leave my hair really dry and the colour lasts a really long time!

Just finshed using Clairol Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy, well I dived right in, didn't do the strand or the sensitivity test.

Whilst I have coloured my hair for years I opted for the all over method as I assumed it must be powerful if it could cover greys in 10 mins and didn't want two-toned hair.

Whilst the smell is not the worst I've experienced, it is on the strong side especially when the head is down covering the back of the hair with the product. It tingled a bit whilst I was waiting but ...

i purchased two boxes of medium brown CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy as i have rather long hair and as i was making a rather drastic change from bleach blonde. i was a little concerned doing it myself as i did not want my hair to turn green, orange or purple as blonde hair is sometimes prone to doing. first, "dark brown" shades usually end up black and "medium brown" shades usually end up dark brown. i was right to purchase the "medium brown" as my hair did end up a really dark shade of brow ...

Just used this product and was wary after reading the comments on here.....HOWEVER...... i found the product a doddle to use and even though i have a lot of grey hair, thr dark brown shade i used covered it perfectly. The conditioning product smells wonderful, and my hair feels realy silky. CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy is a good product, and IT DOES WOT IT SEZ ON THE TIN!!!!! i would recommend the product 100%.

Clairol Perfect 10 has worked well for me. Using the $3.00 coupon has helped with the price but I do find the product to be expensive. It comes with a very generous size tube of excellent conditioner.

This is the worst hair dye ever! I have never had that burning feeling until now. It was painful. My hair like others became coarse and brittle. I wash with a gentle shampoo and still it becomes tangled and I have to load on the conditioner. I also noticed that the hair was one color near the crown (where I first applied) and darker further down. I waited 16 min as it stated to wait longer for grey hair. It was disappointing to find that it did not cover my grey hair at all. I just have very few ...

my head burnt with this CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy dye I used 2 boxes a while back of the medium ash blonde. It burnt and didnt remove the red/orange tones.
I had to re-dye it so I tried it in medium brown. This after 2 washes has left me with blonde roots and it's starting to show horrible red tones.

£20 down and...well...it's dull and not working at all. Did I get any help from the phone line. No I didn't other than my original hair colour is to blame. So its not the comb rippi ...

clairol perfect 10 is a complete waste of money. Too good to be true for a permanent hair colour to do its job within 10 minutes and it did fail to live up to the claim. Clairol ought not advertise it as complete grey coverage as it certainly does not cover greys. I have used Nice & Easy in the past for my greys and never had a problem covering them up but Perfect10 was absolutely useless. What a waste of money. I shall be contacting Clairol for a refund.

I have used CLAIROL Perfect 10 once. Never again!! I left it on my hair for a good ten minutes having first treated the roots. The roots are still darker than the rest of the hair. But the main problem is the condition of my hair. On rinsing it felt really brittle and like hay, so I had to use lots of conditioner. Then while using straighteners some parts of my hair kept frizzing really badly. I have left my hair unwashed for 5 days now and different parts of it look weird - kind of frizzy ...

I used the auburn shade, and it did cover my grey roots after leaving it on for 15 mins. However, I agree that my hair felt really coarse after rinsing the dye out and needed lots of conditioner. Also, for several washes afterwards, I still had dye leaking out into the rinsing water, almost as if it was a semi-permanent. Will go back to the CLAIROL Nice n Easy permanent.

CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy has atractive packaging and initially a pleasant smell, but not pleasant to use or effective.

Having seen the reviews for clairol perfect 10 product I was looking forward to trying it, after all who wants to spend 35 - 40 mins colouring their hair, so I purchased Perfect 10 medium Golden Brown. overall I did not like using this product, it stained my skin which did not fade for about 6 hours, not good if you have to go out straightaway, it was very strong smelling. The colour did not last as long as the longer treatments and faded within 3-4 weeks. If you are going to use this prod ...

CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy had no effect on my hair whatsoever ! My roots remained the same shade of brown even after 20 minutes.
A waste of time and money. Disappointing. i dont understand how Clairol are getting away with making any claims for this product.

thisCLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy did not cover the few grey hairs I have which was really disappointing, I had been pre-warned by my mother in law that it didn't cover greys, but I didn't listen. Left it on longer to make sure it would work but unfortunately this product was a loser for me.

What a waste of my time and money.I selected CLAIROL Perfect 10 by Nice N' Easy because of the 100% grey coverage clause. It did not cover
ANY of my grey. I have tried several different hair dye's and
this has to be the least affective on grey hair. I wont be buying
    Clairol dye's again.
