    I used Diamond Parking and it was great no problems what so ever, great vaule for money and so hassle and stress free would deffently use them again and strongly advise you to try them for your self.

    I have used Diamond Parking for maney years and I have never had any real problems they are ALWAYS very perlite, on time and helpful towards me and my family. I sometimes travel alone with my kids and they are always there waiting for me on the outbound and return jourey which is fantasic when your a worman with two kids they even load my bags for me while I load the kids.To be honest I wont use any one but them.     I AM WRITING ON BEHALF OF MY GRANDPARENTS EXPERIANCE WITH DIAMOND PARKING: Having never used Meet and Greet before my husband and I decided to book with Diamond, as OAP'S and being very unsure due to hearing and reading the reports and risks on airport parking I called Diamond Parking up and asked questions on which they where very happy to answer and help me with, they gave me the priority service complimentry.     I have used Diamond parking 3 times this year and have never had any problems with the service. We were asked to phone the office 20 mins prior to arrival and the driver has always been waiting to collect our car, on return we we phone when landed and the car is outside waiting for use great for those with kids or elderly people, would definatly use them again. GREAT SERVICE ................

    Used Diamond for my recent half term holiday with 3 young children, I found the experiance from Diamond stress free and reassuring I will be using you Diamond again and I will recommend to family and friends and to all that read this review.

    This was our 3rd experience of using Diamond Parking Meet and Greet. We had previously had a problem on our return journey. I was a little reluctant to use them again but, was delighted with their service on both the outward and return journey this time. Will use them in the future.

    Excellent. Driver waiting for us at Gatwick departures as advised. On arrival, we contacted Daimond from baggage collection, driver turned up with our vehicle as we left terminal building. The car had been washed and the back seat that we couldnt close on departure had also been fixed for us at no extra charge. What a service :)
    Great value for money as well.
    Would have no hesitation in recommending and will be using Diamond Parking again.

    Terrible - diamond parking damaged my car in parking plus I had to wait 2 hours at midnight for the return of the car. Customer services wiped their hands of the damage and wouldn't accept responsibility - so now I have to pay for it myself. Dont use them even if they are the cheapest - not worth it!

    I have used meet and greet before at heathrow and this year we flew from Gatwick we booked Diamond and once we booked we stumbled across there reviews, this made us nervous but we called up and felt reassured (alittle)
    All i can say is the whole experiance was great and the staff are friendly honest and helpful.
    We will defently use there service again.

    Fantastic.

    Found Diamond Parking absolutly fabulous, was very nervous as i booked before reading there reviews, but i called 20 minutes away from the airport and i was running early they where happy to accomondate me which I thought was great, pulling up at the terminal the staff was friendly and very professional we checked my vehicle for existing damage signed the paperwork and we went off on our trip. On our return we followed all procedures and the vehicle was outside within minutes of us geting there. ...

    i would never use diamond parking agian, so be aware.the drop off went ok,although we had to wait 20 mins for a driver to come and pick the car up.as for return we had to wait 2 hours for our car to be returned and with two children at a late hour you just want to get going. as for trying to contact them well you might as well forget it.i am still waiting 2 monthes after complaint to here from them and to0 get my money back. if i could give them 0 i would

    I parked my my car with Diamond parking when I went away on my holidays, Fantastic service prompt and very proffesional. I arrived at the pick up point at around 4am, the driver was there waiting. He was very helpful and explained what I needed to do on my return. To call them once landed and again when all of our cases had been collected, I did this and by the time I had walked through the airport my car was waiting for me.     My experience was awful. Called Diamond Parking number on approach to airport and mobile was turned off. Left several messages. Waited for over 40 minutes after arrival at terminal for driver to turn up. Never turned up. Had to park in short stay otherwise would have missed flight especially with crying baby, stress, and lots of luggage.     Our drop off was ok, I was a little worried after reading reviews after I had booked but I made sure we arrived with plenty of time to check in (even though it was 4am!) and we had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be collected.. this I could deal with.

    Diamond Parking offer a very very BAD service. We had to wait over 30min's on arrival, and had to make a least 5 call's to find out what was going on, and of course you get all the lame excuses. On arrival back to Gatwick (1.30am) we called the number and the guy said our key's were locked in a safe, and his boss was coming from home to sort out problem. An hour later this guy turned up and said sorry mate Don't blame me, i only work for them !

    ive used meet and greet services at gatwick before but never have i experienced such terrible service as they were not interested in admitting the damage that they caused to our car

    Meet and greet???? how about several phone calls then some more before they turn up to pick your car up!!
    nearly made us late for our flight!
    45 minutes after they said they were on their way they arrived.

    the return was even worse!!
    we waited over an hour in the freezing cold- only to be told the driver was having a bad day!!

    only reason we booked meet and greet was for speed and convienience, we got neither!
    our friends who took the free shuttle bus to n from the car park paid half the cost ...

    I had to cancel my Diamond Parking booking and they have still not refunded me the money they owe me. Every time I ring to speak with them I am getting fobbed off, and the company seems shambolic. They may be one of the cheaper options, but the adage "you pay for what you get" (or don't get as in my case!) is true.

    Don't use Gatwick Diamond Parking! I had to camp out at the airport for 4 hours!!!!

    They don't answer your calls, apparently because the phonelines are down but after reading this site it seems to be a regular occurence. No compensation offered although booked through airport parking (who were great) I'll let you know I've I get a refund.

    I've used all the other meet and Greet services and never had a problem until now.

    Had arranged pickup at 8.45am at Gatwick, however as arrived early at 7.45am I called them about 7.20am that will be early. They mentioned that as they are very busy will have to wait until the meeting time. However they called me at 8.00am and said can pickup 8.15am and they did, which was great! Also I paid extra for priority service, so when arrived back, got car back within 10 min of clearing from baggage and customs, as they said my car was already on airport.
