    I visisted Sugarcraft Creations in Lindley, Huddersfield and found everyone to be very helpful. I am new to cake decorating but I found everyone very helpful and the shop was like an aladins cave, it was wonderful. Well done.

    I went to this place some time ago as it was my closest cake decorating supplies shop but have since preferred to travel further afield as the service was extremely poor. I had gone seeking a little advice being quite new to the craft but the woman I spoke to was inexplicably rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to the owner, she told me that was she. Needless to say, I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

    I signed an agreement to have my wedding cake decorated, and paid £100 deposit. The agreement did not specify the type of icing and I forgot to ask. We called the next morning to clarify to find the shop didn't do the icing we wanted.
    I went to the shop and discussed the matter with a member of staff very calmly. After all, it was less than 12 hours later so there had been no impact on their business and there had been a genuine mistake.
