This is the best kennels i have ever used.I now live in somerset and still bring my dogs back to blue grass.The staff are very good and have been at blue grass for years. (read more)

“We paid for THEIR mistake!”

When we originlly booked our dogs into the boarding kennels back in February this year we were informed by the staff of the total cost we were going to have to pay. No problem. We checked the dogs into the kennels last Friday and went to pick them up on the following Sunday. On arrival the staff all seemed lovely and were happy to tell us how good the dogs have been, until it came to paying the bill. bluegrass kennels exellent very nice people, willing to help, my dog seemed to be very happy and well cared for here, i found the staff very helpfull unlike a lady i rang at coft lodge kennels in rudheath whom had a very abrupt manner and put me off booking my dog in their just by the phone call, so i find bluegrass kennels to be the best in northwich, i would highly reccomend. Blue Grass Kennels lost my dog

They said she was taken by a buzzard! We believed this until she was returned 3 weeks later by a member of the public, they picked her up on the main road into Northwich. Turns out she had escaped from an outdoor exercise enclosure. The only explanation is the gate was left open! In my eyes this amounts to gross negligence and they are incompetent in looking after dogs. I strongly advise against using Blue Grass Kennels. (read more)

Staff very friendly and obviously your dogs are well cared for here. The staff knowing the dogs very well and their characters when I collected them. The staff are very nice and the dogs very happy when I collected them after their first visit here. The prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend. (read more)

Blue Grass Animal Hotel in Northwich is an excellent boarding kennels/cattery, opened in 1957. Centrally heated. In my experience all the staff are absolutely great, have been leaving my pets there for over 30 years - my latest dog was a severe epileptic and they ensured he received his medication and dietary requirements exactly as I instructed.

I certainly wouldn't leave my pets anywhere else. (read more)
