    On the whole a positive expereince at stratstone BMW, I bought a 530 from them as an approved car. Only negative aspects were failure to touch up a couple of scratches which they said they would and I'm still chasing them for the HPI report. Sales guy very polite and always answers emails and calls promptly - I'd buy from them again which is probably the highest praise you can give.

    I had car 2 months covered less than 700 miles. Its seems to have been in Stratstone Doncaster longer for repairs than I have owned it actually! Out of 2 months they have had it in for repairs for 31 days. Constant faults most of which are still there from day one one serious steering fault, car not recoverd, not yet offered a relacement car for period of the 31 days. Was told car would be fixed week before xmas, told to collect at 6pm 19/12/2008 only to be told they needed it in again. Collecte ...

    I reached Stratstone BMW, Doncaster and was escorted a sales exec. I explained that my budget was 15 to 17 thousand Pounds and I was looking for a used Series 5 BMW car.
    I was asked a question which took me by surprise "Have you ever sat in a BMW car"? The tone was a bit odd.
    I answered Yes, I have and the fact that I am looking for a 5-series is because I feel cramped in a 3-series car and I have a small child who needs a child seat. He looked very skeptical and snickered. The whole experience ...
