    Good Points: The resort is fantastic


    Bad Points: Service, staff, accommodation


    General comments: I am sure I will spend my next holidays in Ischgl, but I am also sure I will not be even close to that 'hotel'. They are definitely hunting for 'one time' guest. Isn't it strange that it is the only hotel in the town with availabilities while others are fully booked since previous season?!

    Very old baby bed and old baby chair in the restaurant, lift operates only to 2nd floor, equipment in ski room is also old. Breakfasts very poor selection of meat and cheese, flakes. No vegetables and salads served. Dinner very poor, salad bar and selection of cheeses. Table cloths changed rarely.Rooms really need to be repainted, walls are not white any more. Housekeepers entered the room to tidy it even though there was "do not disturb" sign at the door. What is more they threw away a valuable ...
