Good Points: They made a site visit in October. They're more local than they used to be (office now 35 miles away vs 100 or so miles away).
Bad Points: We're being charged for work we didn't ask for, work which has subsequently been dismantled because residents deemed it unsuitable. I agree with everything that 'Resident' said in her review, except billing, which is always on time- but then again, that's them getting their cash in quick, isn't it?
General comments: I feel that they are, and have been Lazy, forgetful, complacent and getting more and more (incredibly) expensive. Suppliers used to come from far away and charge large amounts for very little. Work in the past has allegedly been twice as expensive than when the residents themselves have sought a supplier.

I received very very poor communication from Solitaire Property Management, they do not carry out repairs, the cost for the gardening and cleaning was extortionate for the service provided and worst of all they do not issue bills on time and when they do they are so far out it is insulting -last year some flats were overcharged by £600 . accounts up to Mar 07 have still not be accurately calculated and it takes them months to send out bills that are due 1 April and Oct.
