    Getting Personal.co.uk is a fantastic website with brilliant gifts & ideas, with a really user-friendly layout.
    I am very happy with the customer service I received, the customer service team responded immediately to my query; and were incredibly helpful and friendly.

    I was delighted with my item and the delivery was really fast!

    I feel that Getting Personal.co.uk is a very trustworthy & reliable website and I will absolutely be recommending this site to family and friends.

    Ordered the champagne flutes as an engagement present and paid for speedy delivery. The goods did not arrive until after a week later than the order was accepted and paid for. Also, when I tried to get some answers via e-mail the staff member called Natalie was rude and offhand and completely unhelpful.     I bought an engraved cufflink box from 'getting personal'. Altough the website has some great ideas and is relatively easy to navigate and understand, the box I received was not engraved. It was also dispatched later than they stated it would and arrived a day late (not too much of an issue in this particular case). However, my so-called engraved box was an issue.     Very impressed with the speed of delivery considering I had ordered personalised items. They came well wrapped and within a couple of days. Also had to ring customer services as I had missed off the ending on the engraving because I went over 50 characters. A very helpful man sorted it out and added on my missing words. Would definitely use this company again.

    I ordered a commemorative newspaper from Getting Personal which arrived super quick and in time for my dad's birthday despite my very late order. Good customer service, replied quickly to email.

    Getting Personal is where I'm doing my Christmas gift shopping this year. I first found this site when I saw one of their personalised calendars on a colleagues desk - what a great idea they are. I've ordered from them 3 times now for birthdays and weddings and have been amazed at the speed of their delivery - usually next day. Recommended !

    Every gift I have sent from the Getting Personal site has received an amazing wow factor response, its one of my favourites and I go there whenever i need a gift. I might even look at sending some of their calendars to my clients at work this Xmas.

    What a life saver Getting Personal was! My wife had left me to buy a present for my friend's forthcoming wedding and, like most males, I completely forgot until the Wednesday before they were due to get married on the Saturday. I quickly had a search round the web before my wife had noticed and came upon getting personal's site.     I have placed 3 orders with GettingPersonal.co.uk and think they are amazing. Every order has arrived in double quick time, much quicker than I expected. The quality of the gifts is amazing and you just have to see their website which is packed with great photographs so you can actually see what you are getting before you by. Well done for creating a gift shop which delivers what it says and only charges a very small amount for postage.

    GettingPersonal.co.uk have saved my life every time I need a gift. It's one of the cheapest delivery prices on the web and everything I have ordered has come speedy fast.

    They need to be more precise when they state Next Day Delivery as I was very dissapointed when they failed to deliver the next day as stated very clearly on their website. When I contacted them about it, they said as it was to the Isle of Wight, this is deemed as overseas and can take 2 days. If they had of stated of coarse more clearly that Next Day Delivery was only for UK mainland, then I would have ordered 2 days prior.     They have a wide variety of gifts for numerous occasions and ages. They can personalise calenders and other superb gifts which provide that special/personal touch. For example I ordered a newspaper for my father's 60th birthday in March 2008. Whilst it arrived a little later than expected, 'The Times' was carefully and beautifully presented in a pale blue keep-sake box, wrapped carefully in tissue paper, with a certificate of authenticity.
