    I was trying to rent out my flat by myself but as time was getting on I starting getting stressed as I was not having any luck and my morgage payment date was coming up.

    I put on with brinkleys and within 24 hours of having my property on with them I had an offer £200 more than I was hoping for which is great!

    I now have a great tenant on on 5 year let with more rent than I was expecting, so I feel totally at ease and am thankfull to Brinkleys.

    Highly recommend this enthusiastic fast acting Estate Agents!!!

    Very disappointing experience. Took 4 weeks even to get a board up, and the agreement was only for 8 weeks. 2 early offers never substantiated, and no progress reports unless I chased. Phonecalls often not returned. Some negotiators OK, but one could barely form coherent sentences. On 3 occasions did not show up for appointments and did not call to cancel, twice the fortnight before my wife gave birth.     Just a quick note to say that our experience with Brinkley's Estate Agents has been extremely positive. The service they provide is professional, responsive, transparent and friendly. It has felt throughout our dealings that they truly do put their clients (on both sides of the transaction) first and I would highly recommend them.

    I am emailing to provide my feedback on the dealings we have had so far with Brinkleys. From the initial contact with through to the conversations with staff we have been happy with the service provided. We were previously renting our property through Foxtons and found them to be a real disappointment. So far Brinkleys, and the staff we have dealt with, have met our expectations and we are grateful that they have secured a tenant for our property so quickly.

    I have been very happy with the service from Brinkleys over the last year or so and would certainly recommend them to others. No mean feat for a managing agent.

    The low management rate is a continuing benefit to stay with Brinkleys.
    So far there has been a good balance between being called/contacted when necessary and just getting on with day-to-day management
    The rent is always paid promptly.

    I wanted to say that in all my dealings with Brinkleys over the past month, both on the telephone and in person at the Wimbledon Hill branch, I have found everyone extremely friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Especially since I have come in to the lettings process in the middle so haven't known exactly what should be done and when; it has been good to have Brinkleys there keeping everything well in hand and updating me on the process.

    Absolutely shocking. The staff are completely incompetent, unprofessional, rude and seem to make up "company policies" as they go along. They didn't return my calls after numerious messages and e-mails and when I did get through to the new person in charge of the property they couldn't answer my questions - ridiculous. More people need to advertise privately so we can avoid estate agents altogether. You need to give an option for zero stars because thats what Brinkleys should get.

    I am extremely happy with the way Brinkleys have looked after my property. I have been using your company to manage my property for 2 years now and have never had a problem. Long may his continue. Brinkleys has been extremely helpful in dealing with the issues invovlng my property. They have been very efficient and friendly, making my life a lot easier as I am thousands of miles away.

    They have also been very active in trying to find me new tenants when they are needed.

    Service beyond the call of duty - Brinkleys who took over as liaison as well as doing the maintenance stuff for our property- dealt well with the many issues! and followed up general queries as well as the maintenance ones. Acted/s as a good barrier for tenants many and inconsistent demands.

    Brinkleys gave a practical approach and offers good client support.

    I have always found Brinkley's to be very pleasant to deal with, calm under pressure, and always very helpful. I am happy to have dealings with them

    I normally find the process of letting my properties somewhat a challenge but I felt the communication with Brinkley's was excellent regarding the process of who would be doing the letting etc. I knew what was going on at all times and what was going to happen, I had regular feedback regarding viewings.     1.Professional staff

    2.Good customer service( very friendly, caring , helpful)

    Never, ever have I dealt with such an incompetant group of people. My story is way too long to go into, but bottom line is, they lied to me on numerous occasions, never returned calls, were late with my payment etc, etc.

    I would not even wish dealing with Brinkleys on my worst enemy. STAY AWAY!!!
    If I could give 0 stars, I would have!!!

    Completely incompetent. Brinkley took rent money but delayed making the keys available. Furthermore, they were unable to give a time estimate for anything...their stock answer was 'I don't know.' Incredibly unhelpful!

    Brinkleys Estate Agents are very professional, efficient and friendly. The sale went through very easily and was stress free. we were happy that we got good service for our money - we were very and impressed only 0.5 % fee thank you again. Why not give brinkleys estate agents a try
