I was interested to read Gary Mason's glowing review. My experience of Brinkley's was not good. I had seen a rental property with Brinkley's in Wimbldeon Park and agreed to put down a 'holding deposit' of £300. They were happy to take my £300 but told me that this would not take the property off the market and I could lose the rental if someone made a higher offer. I have a young family and cannot afford to take this risk.This practice is not illegal (I have checked) but I consider it unethical and I would advise anyone to steer well clear of Brinkley's estate agents.

Brinkleys Estate Agents are very professional, efficient and friendly. The sale went through very easily and was stress free. we were happy that we got good service for our money - we were very and impressed only 0.5 % fee thank you again. Why not give brinkleys estate agents a try
