I started having problems with my refrigerator - Electrolux EI26SS55GS - the day after I got it. The touch screen isn't working. The door ajar light won't go off (the doors are not ajar), and I cannot get ice. It's Saturday morning and I cannot get customer service until Monday. You pay more for luxury brands so you should be able to get customer service seven days a week I think.
