First time visitor to Dine Asia - did not pre-book and, as the restaurant was already busy, had to wait a while in the bar. Stylish, comnfy chairs and decor throughout the building creates a good atmosphere. Found it strange that our food order was taken in the bar area as well and not immediately followed by an invite to transfer to the restaurant to enjoy what we had ordered. Thankfully the food was not delivered to the bar 9as feared might happen) or, indeed, to our table in the restaurant ...

Food was excellent at Dine Asia, Nutley. Mixture of Indian and Thai. Decor very good. Had booked a table, had to wait in the bar for half an hour, the bar stools were wobbly, nearly fell off. After being seated, we got only 2 menus to share between 4 people as they were short of menus. Good food, probably compensated for the wait. Would recommend for food.

At Dine Asia I experienced friendly staff and excellent service. A friend in our party did not like her starter. It was not what she expected and they happily changed it for an alternative, no charge. Good choice of dishes excellent - Thai Red Curry.

Will return for sure, decor and atmosphere enjoyable.

Read two reviews of this restaurant, one in a magazine (favourable) and one not so favourable on this site. Decided to give the restaurant a go with my husband, and were not disappointed. Think that the previous disgruntled diner would have been very pleased with his evening if he had waited a little longer. For my experience, had no wait and found all staff very attentive and polite. Good food too with a bit of a twist - a trio of chicken tikka for example ... delicious!

Table not ready (said it would be 15 mins), ended up waiting over 30 minutes, waiters just smiled and said sorry, nowhere to sit, not even complementary drink during all this time more and more people were arriving. It was so full that there was nowhere left to stand.
Never got to eat, after 35 minues we walked out, went across the car park and ate at the Wok Inn where we had a great meal and much better service.
