I've never had this problem and can only answer with what I understand on the actual website:  Do I need to provide ID to open an account? Information Content We reserve the right to ask you to verify the details registered on your account at any time, however we will try to verify your details using a third party reference company before asking for verification. Unfortunately, in the small number of incidents where we can't verify the details registered or you can't verify the details provided when asked, we are afraid that your account may be suspended and any funds frozen in the account pending the verification being received. Content In order to verify your details we need copies of the following: A passport or driving licence A utility bill or card statement (must be less than 3 months old) TIP: Rather than photocopying or scanning these documents, an easy alternative is to take a digital photo. Once you have this information, please send it to us.
