I agree with the majority of people about the Sun Bingo site. It is terrible!!! Shame they don't offer side bets for "Guess The Winners" - I would be a millionaire by now. The slots rarely pay out for most people, but if you mention this in the chat room you will be scolded by the hosts and their elite group of winners. if you close yr account for a short peirod of time when u try and get bk in they wont let u rejoin and closee all accounts on all there sites.they will take yr money but when theres a problem with there so called surcuer server they dont pay out yet they pay out 1 line and 2 line winners how can they pay out if its a hung game its all fixed and they when a jp gets high they stick a bod in and then punch in there player member number so they win it they get to keep some and rest goes back... I am having a problem with sun bingo paying winnings .they keep emailing me saying 2 to 3 working days i withdraw 2 weeks ago .i got a email to say withdrawal had failed .phoned them and was told it hadn't failed but 5 phone calls later and still no money . 400 pound .got appointment at lawyer today and looking into small claims court they are very good at taking your money not very good at giving it back . I was with sun bingo for a many years until recently. The hosts there are given too much personal power to ban and speak to customers with disrepect if they feel like doing so. HOST STUART is particularly guilty of this and for someone in such a low paid unskilled job, he absolutely believes he is someone special. He is rude, arrogant and bad at his job. I am in complete agreement with the other negative reviews of the Sun Bingo site and in particular the slots. Having played most of the other online slots with Mecca, Gala, 888, etc I am in no doubt the Sun slots offer the worst value. I had made a deposit of £20 on the 24/11/12 and checking my account a few days later had a further 4 deposits of £20 made I never stolen from my account and one of the deposits was made after I had logged off…..figure that one out. find this a bit hard to believe considering you have to deposit on a secure security encrypted page and enter the 3 digits(only visible to you) on rear of your card every deposit. I have noticed a group of about 25 names that win everytime they play. They always win when certain hosts are on duty then they dissapear when that host is on leave. Maybe it is coincidental? So very true, with all of the sister sites too. I asked a question today, how come no matter how much I deposit, no matter how many players, I NEVER WIN. Host and regulars rallied on me straight away to shut me up. But I have played these sites for 3 years and never moaned.
Some of these players seem to be on 24/7??? I think they are employees.
Also with names I have seen as chat hosts elsewhere. Stats couldnt surely allow same hard core winners time after time after time and the CGs/???

I absolutely agree with everything you have said. there's a set of winners for each different room for various times of the day or night, t i spent roughly 7 months writing all the winners down and guess what.. thats right, same people winning consistently and lots. If you look at all the hosts names across the Gamseys sites it is easy to see that the hosts are also the big winners. A lot of the names have the number 49 at the end i.e. sunshine49 and a lot of feline characters i.e. CATS - oh there is a host named cat too if I remember lol

I found this review very helpful because... i have experienced exactly the same problems but with the famous Tombola Bingo . Agreed - The Sun Bingo has become the land of the same winners and using similar member names - all connected - hmmmmm - If anyone dares to question why the same people keep winning big money they are treated like children - they are told they are immature and accused of being moaners. Funnily enough, it is always the same winning players who start to bully the long list of losing players and the hosts just tell them to leave. Very clicky people here too, but then again I suspect they are all members of staff under the Sun, Jackpot Joy and Hearts Bingo banner who win. I absolutely agree about this site "appearing" to be "fixed". I have played here for a year - the free bingo is won by same members (which I have a gut feeling are staff) I have played session bingo for almost a year now too and the most fun I get out of it is choosing the winners from the play list before it starts and then seeing how many players I have chosen and who go on to win - it is remarkable that I can pick over 60% of the winners before the games even begin. The odd legal player will win but never over £40, it is the same winning names that appear day in and day out - and you cannot blame the amount of tickets purchased as session bingo has the same number of tickets allocated to the players. The same players get chosen to play the chat games too - a stupid chicken that lays eggs with players names on - the same players names who win big all the time. The gang of regular winners always gang up on the real people who play and accuse them of being stupid and say "its called gambling loser" etc. I have a list now of 30 names which I intend to submit to the authorities and hopefully these players will not be staff and have valid identifications (as is a legal requirement). My personal opinion is that these 30 players are in fact staff from the banner of the Gamseys sites - Jackpot Joy, Hearts Bingo and Fabulous Bingo - there is a very strong connection with the winning names and the chat hosts from these sites.

sun bingo is an absolute scam, i have been a member for about 5 yrs and yes i won when i first joined up then stopped winning altogether so i decided to try the slots instead. i won 2 reasonable amounts about 2 years ago but they have had every penny back plus a hell of a lot more. not had a good withdrawal for quite sum time now and to say i checked my history and ive spent 400 quid this month without a single penny back is saying its time to leave. i dont think regular depositing players... yes i agree, the payouts are awful, £100 on sun slots no bonus and if you get bonus most are 5x1 it is a rip off site.

I tried sun bingo and at first thought it was ok but after depositing and losing a large amount of money the site to me is rigged. On the slots I have never played so much and the return you get is c rap. Totally agree with everything you say. They don't deserve any stars and I have sheets and sheets worth of deposits but not one withdrawal. Same players winning big each day, they come around in a cycle - same cluster of names but on differant days. Same names bullying and intimidating all the players who raise concerns about not winning. Chat hosts seem to love making people feel bad about themselves for gambling, One chat host even called a player an idiot, and her little gang of regular winners joined in and ridiculed people. Not a nice place to play. You will usually win £5 back for every £50 you deposit (that's on a good day)!!

Well they are run by the media who are the biggest LIARS and yeh your right i joined few weeks ago and deposited 10 and got 30 to play only won 40p that is a big fix im furious coz i played the demo games it gives u 100 and kept winning on the pretend game so i played for real and straigh up took my full £30 in 2 spins and dint win anything im closing my account and i suggest trying my favourite site JACKPOTJOY the most ive played with is £50 and last week i wont £1500

I cannot even give the sun bingo 1 star for rating. The way they have treated my situation is disgusting. DO NOT JOIN SUN BINGO SITE!!!
Firstly, unfortunately I have a problem with gambling and after 10 months off of it I fell back into the temptation. I don't disagree with people who gamble and only wish I could play within my means. I have been playing Sun bingo for 3 weeks and have given up as nonone has any chance of winning as the same 3 or 4 "players are winning all the time"
The actual site is very poor compared with many others and they know they can get away with it because they are just trading on their name.
Plenty of other better genuine sites out there

AGREE and I wish more people will complain. There are always lots of people complaining throughout the day and night about the same players winning but they get bullied into silence or threatend by the hosts that their chat facility will be disabled. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see what is going on here. Hope a differant newspaper picks up on these comments and shames them!

I would not recommend this site to anyone. online circus I call it. I have been with them for years now before the site got revamped. Honestly I found the new site a bit tacky and bad compared with the old site in my opinion, which I thought had charm. The friendly atmospehere was gone and the room names were strange I felt. Im 50 and dont care about wags as I just want to play bingo.
Missed playing cinco too. All in all dont think I will be going back, have returned to playing on old sun bingo/ tombola and much happier there.

I for one will not be depositing any money with the Sun bingo.
The site is just too busy. Fair enough the prize money is fantastic, but the chances of winning are very slim. I played when the site had just reopened and there were over 1000 players in the 90ball room I was in, and close to 800 players in the 80 ball room I went into.
The chat was not nice, with people complaining and comparing the Sun site to other new sites and the room hosts seemed to have no control over the roomies at...

This seems to me like a bitter review from somebody who may of spent a little more than they can afford.
The hosts on sunbingo are fantastic and do very well at answering any questions you may have, making you feel very welcome!
The comment regarding the blox chat game...well....one of the names mentioned, I have never ever seen win a chat game on this site! This is simply a case of bitter jealousy. All chat games give everyone an equal chance of winning, whether it be through skill, randomness or waiting for a non recent game (some hosts go out of their way to ensure everybody in the room gets a win by playing plenty of games).
This site also has many bingo rooms with widely varying players and prizes. Want a chance at a little win for little stake? Maybe stick to value bingo. Want a chance at bigger money? Play the rooms with more players, special games or link games. There are even link games on this site for 1p a ticket with full houses at a thousand pounds!!
I have been a member here for over three years now and I have had some very nice wins...even winning many times on one 10p ticket.
So to conclude... if you are after a little fun with a chance of walking away with some cash, be sure to play responsibly and maybe you wont end up as bitter as the poor soul who wrote this review!
