Never got my free bonus when i spent £10, emailed three times not got any reply from them regarding the matter i have also phoned them and got no joy either. The live chat dont work. CM's are not very helpful. Will not be recommending this website to anybody they are a waste of money. False advertising just to get new customers. (read more)

I started playing gala bingo on line has it was ona special offer in the gala club but i have noticed its the same winners every day ok i thought it was that they was very lucky but when a person wins day in everyday then you start to wonder i was only playing for 1 day when people was talking about dawn then after a few days i understand what they was talking about she always wins the big games everyday 2 lines and the full house no i dont think she is lucky i think its all a fix (read more)

Gala Bingo has to be the worst website out there, like people say, same old faces winning over and over again and for very little return. For example, a room could have 99 players each purchase 20-40 cards for 20p each, this means the site has taken on average £600 for every game and payouts £15-20 for the full house, which sums up Gala Bingos percentage payout on their slot games too. I joined gala bingo mobile site deposited a few times played over some days and won £200 which I banked after a week I emailed them to see why my winnings hadnt been deposited to my bank and got one back stating my account had been locked as I hadn't provided enough information when I joined!! I've deposited £142 in total and after winning eventually i was told there had been a mistake and was given £10 bingo bonus instead. I've since won 2 more times making £70 to withdraw and now they're telling me they need more info and my account is blocked. Not bad to say i joined through a gala bingo hall and have spent over 2 hours on the phone and waited over a month without payment still. Do not use this site

I have been a gala member for nearly ten years! and at the beginning it was a good club, Now I feel like a psychic knowing who is going to win every week! It's that bad I proved it to my friends by pointing out who was going to win before we started playing! Do Not Go it's not worth it as you will be constantly losing unless you are one of the chosen special few who they let win. I agree, we went and pointed out five people who would win before the session started and four out of the five won, I don't think luck has anything to do with it at Gala bingo, if you are on the winners list you will win and if not you are not you won't, it is like burning money but when you say anything to the management they just expect you to take the view that it is pure luck, it is pure micky taking, people are not as stupid as you think Gala

yes i agree with what lunidee is saying ive been to bingo only yesterday and the same person won 8 times. I also find some of the gala staff rude and not very pleasent to talk to. The canteen to isnt very good over priced food and drinks

Out of all the bingo sites I have played, this is by far the worst both on line and land bingo, their fruit machines constantly take a lot of money with very litte payout, I think we all know and expect to lose some but not thousands. Lures you in by letting you win when you first joing but then you never ever win anything after. Could be a coincidence but feels like it was fixed at first to keep you coming back and get you hooked. Constant emails not good either - seems to encourage you to be hooked. (read more)

I joined for the bonus it sounded a good deal, played bingo and a slot game when i asked where my bonus was they said you only get it if you play bingo, slots or scratch cards not one of there games. Was i supposed to guess the slot game i played was one of there games!!! it was very misleading and shouldnt be allowed to happen. I play in quite a few bingo sites and the GALA BINGO SITE is the worst website on the net in my experience. It needs wiped out and rebuilt with all the problems us clients have to put up ie continually getting booted, having to restart games and tickets bought, all the time and not to mention the difficulty you have getting into the site. Given up on gala, non stop announcements guaranteeing prize money, then any excuse from the weather to public transport to cut prize money at the last minute.
This is false advertising.
AVOID gala bingo at all costs.

I love Gala Bingo, its a great girly family night out. I go to the bingo with me mum and me gran, i take me little un as well. We have a great time and every so often we win a few prizes.
Its a great place to have a laugh and fun. We always go on a Wednesday night and its our time together. No matter whats happening we always meet up for our games. Were still waiting for the big prize.

I used to love bingo, but after playing bingo in the Gala site it has turned me off bingo, you get the same winners time after time day after day. when you say anything in the chat room you are warned off by the chat host, get three advice warnings then your banned from the chat room. Complain to the company and your fobbed off with " its luck on the players and if you dont like it then leave." And why is it you join Gala but your linked with three or four other sites and most of the winners are not even Gala members do they do this in there bingo halls No they dont so why do it on line.
