Good Points: None.
General comments: Carcraft sent me an email promising £2000 for my car regardless of age against their summer specials. They made an appontment for me to see the salesman at 10.30am. My wife and I made a special journey and when we got there The salesman was on holiday and they were not expecting us. They asked what I wanted. I explained the email offer and asked to see the specials. They said they are mixed up with all the other cars - pick one you like and we will tell you if it's in the offer. We picked out a £10,000 car and hoped to qualify for the £2,000 reduction against our car. They said that the best they could offer was £100. I then asked to be shown the models where I would qualify for the £2,000 trade in and the salesman struggled to find just two vehicles out of the hundreds on show.
Carcraft are a disappointing lot that wasted our time getting us there under false pretences. They made no apology for the salesman not being there - they simply said that they are "all one team", indicating to me that their broken appointment did not matter.

My wife and I went in to Carcraft, on Saturday last week and spent 5 and a half hours being told that I would be able to drive away that day.
As it was a must, I kept on confirming this to be told of course, our aim is to make sure you leave with the car on the day of purchase....WELL, after 5 and a half hours of being bored stiff in the waiting area, I was told in the last ten minutes before deal was signed that they did not have the V5 logbook..... Surely this is something they would have kno ...
