Good Points: I left in time to go to a proper car dealer

Bad Points: Remember ur shopping at carcraft, let's just say its the primark of car retailers but charge you like a bmw showroom. Cargiant, check your status and adjust you're ott prices

General comments: I wanted to buy a car from car giant, so I went to white city and saw a mazda rx8 that I thought may be a good option. I asked for a exchange on my bmw 323I. The sales man valuated my car at 2000 pounds even though it is worth close to 5000 and then tried to rip me off with a mazda nearing 12000. What a joke. You hear of stories that the car trade is going down hill and its not until you go to one of these cargiant stores that you realise just why. 12000 quid for a mazda, you sure mate... how about the ressesion, I just wait until ca giant go broke and then I might buy a car. The way they price their cars is a joke and the money they give you for a part exchange is hillarious. As for the sales associates , well let's just say redundancy will do them and all of us a huge favour. Rating overall 2

They ask w ...

My car was broken 2 weeks ago. Carcraft Enfield takes it for repair. Until now they don't know what happens.
