    Good Points: None whatsoever.

    Bad Points: Poor customer services.

General comments: I purchased a car from Carcraft. They did not tell me that the guarantee was only valid for repairs up to £300 until after they had my deposit. They then refused to let me have my deposit back. They could not give me the MOT certificate at the point of sale and said they would post it to me. After chasing this, I finally received it and found that the car needs some work doing on it.
Am getting nowhere with their complaints department.

Offered a very fair price according to the guides (wisebuyers, Parkers etc).
Took my car there after 30 mins or so the guy came back and offered me exactly what they had quoted on the internet - faultless.
Thanks very much! (Carcraft West Midland).

The customer services at Carcraft are good, but the complaints department not quite perfect.
Same day I bought the car from a salesman the clutch went, amongst many major and some minor faults. The problems were rectified by Carcraft but not 100%.
The company do offer their own finance deals, which seem too high to me. Overall be very careful and take your time when you buy from them. I am yet to fully experience their aftersales but so far I'm not happy.

Went to view a St170 at Wednesbury, thankfully I did my research on the car and first thing i noticed was the standard fit 6 disk CD player was missing and instead there was a tape deck, the stereo lit up orange so did not even match the green theme that SHOULD have been there and the steering wheel controls did not work. Next issue was the original plip key for the car was missing so there was no way to lock, unlock, pop boot, close windows and set the alarm.
I had placed a deposit on this car ...

I bought a car from Carcraft West Midlands 3 months ago. I had read these reviews, so went very weary of what I was going to find. I have read many reviews of bad cars, pushy salesmen, overpriced credit options etc etc. However, got speaking to a salesman, who explained how car craft worked, then left us alone to browse the 1000+ cars on site. We found the car we wanted online so knew what to look for. The important thing to remember is to go online first. We printed off a certificate that a ...

Below is a copy of what a disgrace car craft are, enjoy the 6 page letter.
I recently purchased a car, on finance from Car Craft. As I drove the car home I noticed various faults, and after only two days of owning the car it broke down. I had to use jump leads to restart the car, but the problem did seem okay. However, there were other faults; CD player not working, braking was very noisy, but the worst problem was wheel wobble when the car was driven at 70mph. This was a fault I noticed on the ...

I know many people out there have nothing but trouble with Car Craft and their fantastic wear and tear NAC warranties.

Just escaped yesterday from a very nasty experience at Carcraft in Wednesbury/Darlaston. I am looking for a new car but I'm in no particular hurry. Choosing the right car and getting at a decent price is my priority. I thought, as I've got some leave at the moment, that I'd take a look at a few cars to help me decide what to go for. I thought Carcraft would be a good idea as they have a decent range of cars and (as it was a blustery wet January afternoon) I could browse in the comfort of a l ...

My husband and I bought a Ford Focus from Carcraft. The model they sold us was not the model on the logbook but an inferior model worth less, they agreed to the return of the car only because they had broke the sales of goods act. They had already sold our trade in so agreed to give us the trade in price for our old car which we refused as it was worth more than that, they did give us more after several phone calls, they also said that they would pay off the finance as we had returned the car, ...

Advice for everyone, carcrafts nac warantee company is owned by carcraft, second if your vehicle developes a major fault within the first six months, under the march 2003 ammendment to the sales of goods act, you are entitled to the vehicle being repaired or replaced, if after a reasonable amount of time this is not done then you have the right to reject the vehicle. If within two years you can still get the vehicle repaired but you have to prove the fault was there from purchase, and the vehicl ...
