Bought a BMW 1 series 120d from Carcraft Liverpool. 54 plate cost £10495 top of the range amazing car with very very low mileage 24k. I researched this car deeply before buying and the price was amazing compared to other dealers and superstores. I would never pay that sort of money at auction or even to a private seller. My new car runs like a dream.

Next time I'll be very careful when signing finance agreement and read small print on every piece. I wouldn't bother with extended warranty because it turned out to be bad value for money. I'd also do my home work beforehand, cars seem very overpriced. I will get my your own car valued beforehand. You see, I learned the hard way.

I bought My car from Switch Car (owned by Carcraft) in Liverpool in June this year.

I ended up paying more than what was agreed, and after saying no to the extended warranty that got shoved in the deal to, I actually signed.

4 months later my car developed a crank shaft oil leak, which my local GLG garage said would cost approximately £200 to fix.
As I was told, use a VAT registered garage, and as long as my car is serviced within the requirements (as it was) the NAC will cover repa ...

Really pleased with the deal I got at Carcraft and no problems with the car, so far. There were loads of choice, good standard of cars. I did have to haggle hard but at the end of the day they expect you to do so.

I purchased a BMW at Carcraft in Liverpool in March 2006. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by a salesman. He asked us what we were looking for and he showed us the perfect car we wanted. He went through everything with us, including the finance which he explained in full. No high interest rates either, I also asked loads of questions and they were all answered with no problems. I drove the car away 1 week later and the engine management light came on and the heater didn't work. I telep ...

Me and my boyfriend, like all the rest of the reviews, went to buy our first car from Carcraft. After being seen by pushy sales people, we agreed to buy a car. We then waited for 2 days for the car. After many phone calls, to say could we come up with different amounts of cash. After refusing, and after 2 days, we went to pick up the car. When we got there, we were told we could not have the car without the NAC warranty. We bought the car, and had it for 15 months. The car had a lot of pr ...

I went to the Carcraft car supermarket to have a look at their cars. I had no sooner walked through the door and was pounced on by a salesman asking me what I wanted. I was so close to buying a car but when I realised all the added on bits to the loan. It was going to cost me interest to pay for an extended warranty as they had added it to the loan. The cars were dirty and most don't look as if they would make it off the forecourt.

Went to the Carcraft Car Supermarket in Liverpool for a browse. Big mistake. I got drawn into the web. They corral you into the place and won't let go till you buy. I eventually agreed a deal for a fixed monthly amount. When I went to the desk I was asked for a £300 deposit even though I was buying on finance. I was told it was in case someone else wanted to buy cash . I later found out if you back out this is NON refundable. They didn't mention this. The deal was on a per month basis. I l ...

I visited the Carcraft Car Supermarket liverpool site and was subject to 20 questions before i was able to look around. I found a car i was interested in and went to discuss the price, to my amazement they would not sell it to me for cash. I had the money from my bank and they told me they could do me a cheaper deal, i asked them to give me a full detailed quote to read and they refused unless i was taking out finance. a "manager" told me i wouldn't get a better deal and that i could keep my cas ...

I bought a 3 year old S-TYPE JAGUAR from Carcraft, it took 4 hours to buy, they say drive away in 1 hour, they said the wait was because it was being valeted, when I got the car it was filthy, 3 months later I needed £1650.00 of work doing, I was told when I purchased the car warranty (£1250.00 5yrs)I could take it to a Jaguar dealer for repairs without question.
After Jag looked at it I told Carcraft of the price and was told it was too expensive and to take it to a cheaper garage. ...
