Extremly expensive stock,how do they actually sell any cars,they must prey on unfortunate people who find it difficult to get finance elsewhere and selling to them in some cases 4 and 5 year old,(old model cars) for the price of new or virtually brand new ones.Adding to this countries credit crisis.
The "we buy any car.com"is just the same,offering low but resonable prices over the internet,but when you get there your offered less than half that amount,even when you've been honest about the cars condition.
They made up faults that did not exist,in a scare mongering tactic.

This post is about Carcraft Service Centre, very very poor customer service and very mis-leading employees and internet advertisements. Webpage states that all servicing WILL be carried out to the manufacturers specifications - well it's not, and when I queried this with the manager, he said

'we don't guarantee to carry out servicing to the vehicle manufacturers specifications, we use approved replacement parts' I did this time but in future I wont be using CARCRAFT for servicing when a car is ...

I bought a Volvo S40 from carcraft based purley on the price-it was cheaper then most at the time, know why it was a bit cheaper, what a bag of hammers, customer service not intrested in the problems and had to phone them through a national number costing more money, luckliy sold the car for similar money what i paid. Screen price was a mega £3500 difference to the price i paid. I would not recommend Carcraft to anyone, poor overpriced car and poor customer service.

Never buy a car from CarCraft. There cars are way over priced...up to 250% overpriced and thats significant.

They even had our car advertised on Parkers website to buy through Carcraft in-store (not online) for £700 cheaper than the ticket on the windscreen.

After buying a rover 75 conneseur that i belived had 15000 miles on the clock, i have had a number of problems with the car such as a new head gaskett etc. however i go to part exchange the car and i find out it had only done 115000 miles and carcraft had led me to belive it had only 15000

After buying 3 cars in the past from the same Carcraft branch in BIRTLEY we decided to purchase a 6 month old Ford Mondeo, we receivd the same good service. However on this occasion whilst signing the agreements I was sold a warranty from NAC (even though it was still covered by Ford for another 2 and a half yrs). It was also implied that I had a poor credit rating (don ' t know why as have bought several cars from them in the past with no problems, I also checked with credit reference agencies ...

I went to Car Craft in Birtley (north east branch) on 02/06/07 at 9:30 and drove out my new car at 14:30.
My old car had finance owing which they cleared I went from a 01 Vauxhall Vectra to an 06 Fiesta with very little increase in payment. The car was spotless could not fault it in any way.

The only downside was the amount of people that were involved in the sale ,it got a bit confusing at times.

Overall I would describe the service as really good.
