    Good Points: Quick and easy.

    Bad Points: Too many employees involved in the buying process.

    General comments: I went to Car Craft in Birtley (north east branch) on 02/06/07 at 9:30 and drove out my new car at 14:30. My old car had finance owing which they cleared I went from a 01 Vauxhall Vectra to an 06 Fiesta with very little increase in payment. The car was spotless could not fault it in any way. The only downside was the amount of people that were involved in the sale ,it got a bit confusing at times. Overall I would describe the service as really good.
