    Good Points: they are competitively priced

    Bad Points: They will continue to use a repairer who repeatedly completed repairs of a really poor standard.

    General comments: I have been totally dissatisfied with AAMI. Knowing that they will continue to support and use repairers who do not perform to scratch is disappointing. This is a serious quality control issue. I think it is better to choose an insurance company who allows you some choice in who will fix your car, AAMI certainly does not provide this.
