    all evan halshaws must be the same .weve been too 2 one at cramlington to recieve car from sheffield as i had the misfortune to see on internet . took 11 days to get here.sons car they already had. given curtesey car with no tax disc realised after two days.picked up tax disc brought home to discover wrong reg on disc .had to insure curtesey car for another week at 30 pound.car arrived alloys all scuffed paint job needed had to take car as needed car for work .to be told return to leave next wee ...

    Evans Halshaw, promised second key when bought car, 12 months later no key! lost count of times they have promised to sort it out, at the point of camping out on the forecourtthis is not a company do have anything to do with.

    Evans Halshaw has absolute appauling service, calls never returned, arrogant reception staff.

    I bought a car from evans halshaw and it had to go back for a sensor to be fitted whilst the car was in they damaged it and said that another vehicle had reversed into it, this was not the case as there would be scuffs on where this vehicle had hit mine and there was none, come on why dont they tell the truth and take the blame !!!!!!

    I think Evans Halshaw is truly terrible. The sales person we met gave the impression they would tell me anything I wanted to hear.
    They used a number of sales techniques. For example, it took the sales man nearly two hours to purchase a tax disc for the car.
    The after sales was my main problem, there was none. I suggest they revise their tactics, as their current methods will not last long!
    I have sent letters of complaint to both the branch and their head office, over a month later I'm yet to r ...
