Hyundai Dealership on the Felling Bypass, Gateshead. Complete joke !!! Booked my car in for 08.30 on a Friday morning, dropped it off on the Thursday night as of work on the Friday, rang at least 10 times from dinnertime onwards on the Friday, no one answering calls on the service desk, no one returning the phone call on the numbers i left with the dealership, asked to speak to another staff member, who was VERY RUDE !!! its was 14.15 by the time i spoke to him, he told me that they had just put the car on the ramps and the car wouldnt ready till 17.00 !! COMPLETE JOKE !!! I would stay well clear of this dealership and never touch them again !
