Very poor product knowledge at evans halshaw, amersham. Customers are viewed as an inconvenience. I am still waiting to the missing parts for my new car that should have been in the car when I collected it. Calls are not returned.
Pendragon and Vauxhall need to look at this showroom and decide if this is the type of experience they want customers to face when they think about buying a new car.
