    We've just returned from an 'Elvis & the Southern Sounds' tour 16/9/09 -23/9/09 It was Fantastic !
    The Archers tour was well organised - The hotels - Heartbeak Hotel,Memphis and Holiday Inn Express,Nashville were well located and the highlight visits were carefully chosen and good fun.
    The flights and transfers worked well.
    I was a slightly disappointed in the breakfast selection in Memphis compared with Nashville but overall thought the tour was good value for money. LIFE'S TOO SHORT - DO IT !!! -

    I would never travel with Arshers again
    Would not recommend. Dreadfull.

    I cannot praise Archers Direct enough for the quality and variety of places we saw and visited.The reps who showed us their cities,historical buildings, crafts and ways of life were very helpfull, enthusiastic and always there before us when we arrived at the airports or stations.
    It was amazing value for money.

    I have just been on tour with Archers Direct in memphis /nachville also las vegas and had a great holiday thanks 2 your tour guide.
    She was just great and thoughtful, she looked after us all very well, she is brilliant. Thanks, you gave us a very happy time, god bless you.

    Good points, service, accommodation, tour director and price. Legendary Danube cruise excellent. Bad points, cannot think of any!

    Accomodation was mostly good. We have been on many tours with Archers before but this was the first time that we have experienced a tour manager like this. We did however complain to Archers when we got back home. This has not put us off going with Archers again as we had since been to the Amalfi Coast which was fanstatic.

    I have just returned from a Western Treasures Holiday with Archers Direct (my Honeymoon) and the itinerary was fab. Hotels were OK. I have been on other escorted tours (none as expensive as this one) and have stayed in better hotels. I thought the customers services were very poor when I asked for information. I thought the airlines used by Archers were bad (United Airlines), they were terrible in my view.

    Good points, flights and transfers. Bad points, hotels location amenities and food. We couldn't sit were we wanted in the dining room and had no choices like other dinners. We felt like second class dinners. We will never travel with this company again

    We have just returned from Archer's" Medieval Italy" The holiday cost us £1000 for the two of us. This included air travel, transfers, trips each day and bed, breakfast and evening meal apart from the last night which was an optional dinner/tour. The tour was excellent value for money in asmuch as we could not have seen all the places and booked the hotels for the price we paid. We stopped in three hotels. Each one was spotlessly clean with good shower facilities. Meals were basic and t ...
